There are seals that come with it but it's a over the water line

@@Garagepointzero Thank you for your reply. It makes sense. I was wondering because, although the cleat is mounted above the waterline, the water still has a tendency to go over the sides, even when you are tied to a dock. This looks like a great installation; excellent video.

Awesome video! I am about to take this project on and had the same concern as @13postie. Have you had any issues with water dripping inside the hull through the cleats?

Nope there is a backing plate fore it

Quick question. Did you remove the panel in the hull?

i removed the divider between the tank and the storages area

Yes I did and I forgot to put that in the video

I am not sure if everything is the same or not but I do not like them mite try something different.

To small no room for rope

I have not noticed an water leaking in they are above the water line

I am not adding any to the back I am just going to use the tow hook.

I am doing the same set up on the back of two 2012 fx crusier ho have 4 to do hopefully I can find a spot to get to

It dose not move over any wake I searched on ebay for them
