Dude, I love your enthusiasm for something a little different, but chopping the arse of an otherwise good looking muscle bike doesn't make it a 'cafe racer'. Sorry mate, it looks like a dog squatting for a crap. Cafe racers in the traditional sense were small single or parallel twins that were 'dropped' at both ends i.e. dropped bars and instrument cluster. as well as the back end. I'm sure you have more ideas around improvement, maybe do something at the front too.

Adding a cheap £70 seat doesn't make this xjr a cafe racer, looks nothing like a cafe racer
