Watching your older honda restoration videos inspired me to get out and try my hand at it. I recently purchased an '84 Aero 50 and have been giving it some much needed TLC. My hope is that I can get it reliably running around town for the summer. Thanks for all you do! Ps, I looked at a zuma 125 at a dealer, it's a nice ride!

I’m just trying to remove and replace the plastic gear and crank case and I hope it’s easy and I don’t have to remove the oil or anything. Yeah, when I first got this Zuma 125 with low very low miles, I parked it for a second on a slope with just the kickstand and it rolled forward and fell over. It bent the center stand which punched a hole in the plastic gear and crank case cover. Not sure if it affects the performance with a small hole, but I figure I replace and found a cheap used OEM part of eBay.

If you do not have a key, how do you remove the plastic cover on the gas cap? After you remove the cover, how do you remove the gas cap lock?

thx 4 video i need to remove gas tank and clean it...rust Clean injector get it to run after sitting for many years while the fuel turns into nasty stinky goop.
