I also have an aunt she recently passes and about 6 months before her passing her mom, my greatest Nana ever passed. Nana never went into detail but once told me my aunt was born with complications and she was no older mentally like 8 years old. She was side kick when I wanted to be sneaky or hustle, we were close. So Mrs . Saunders had I both have this in common
