@panduh_go_crazy-.-9957 And by “consistent” you of course mean that he’s been using the same moves for about a decade with no innovation whatsoever.🤡🤦♂️
I feel like most people (myself included) discovered Marquese when he did Pumped Up Kicks, which is still some of the best dancing and control I’ve ever seen, and have been following him and discovering others that have danced with him. He’s definitely one of the few that are using his platform to elevate others! I love watching him! Keep pumping up those kicks King! 👑
When Marquese starts dancing it's as if he's going into a transe, or meditating, and the music tells the body how to move with his experience, great master!
@@Ayeyo-cd8ym It happened to me, when I realized and reacted I had a lot more legs hurting, little more and I was going to end up bleeding, and it's just as you say, music takes control of your body.
I haven't watched your videos for like 6/7 years (for health related reason) and I can't believe you're still doing this, absolutely out of this world Big salute to you from Algeria - North Africa
Cara, que saudade dos teus videos 😊👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 voce interpreta as misicas de uma forma única. Te acompanho desde a época do Pump it up kicks ❤ voce É absurdamente foda 🙌🏽
It's a good thing you become popular worldwide way before Ai hit the scene. It would have made it impossible to insure folks that these moves weren't some sort of camera trick. Cheers!
You work well with Poppin John and the others, but you by yourself is just like nostalgia, watchin' ya from your older videos until now. Keep up the smooth work!
I just got back into dancing again after so many years and was wondering why I don’t dance like anyone I recognize. Then I remembered watching your vids as a kid and man did you (and still do) inspire me. Keep it up man, you changed my life :)
The first video I ever saw was the one you critiqued. Plaid shirt, brown building, Pumped Up Kicks...I was hooked. I showed my son n he actually tried to emulate you (age 11), then did a similar dance to the beat it dubstep at his school n got a standing ovation. Thank YOU! Following, sharing, liking your vids over a decade. We LOVE dance/music in my family n appreciate the beauty in every one of your performances!!!!🤘🏼❤️🔥💯✌🏽
Also, since you give me such a nice encouragement by liking my comment: we were discussing your dance with my colleagues from the Academy of Fine Arts in Kraków, Poland as well as a colleague from the Stuttgart, Germany. I don't know if someone ever wrote an academic paper about your work. We are not theorists (rather visual artists) but it would seem to me this is an extraordinary, outstanding body of work. Very contemporary and tied into the development of technology, the aesthetics of glitch and modern video art. It is also deeply philosophical: when you move you seem to bend time, bend gravity, bend space and question anathomy. Themes of posthuman evolution and the transformation of humanity come to mind. I hope this does not come across as too much of a hyperbole or just babble. If a historian or theorist of dance read this perhaps they would be inspired to study Marquese Scott's work. As for us, we just love you. Signed: Bogdan, Monika, Julian, Jan, Filemon and Justyna, our performer friend.
@WHZGUD2 Thank you for responding. really, I been watching you for YEARS. 1st time I saw you was the abandoned gas station video. " Flay, you alive. One more word and you won't survive". That video. & thought how beautiful. Look how he moves, so graceful like he has no bones. & I've been a fan ever since. Thanks again. 😊
Following you for years now and I always enjoy your bodily expression of music. Just tell me if you ever make it to Hamburg and I show you some great music and places to dance.
Its crazy coming across you again after a decade you deadass taught me how to dance just by analyzing your way of art💯 Nonstop never stops keep going brother🔥🔥
