Yangon is not under the lockdown. Some of the townships, a total of 10 townships among 44, are just in the semi-lockdown. I don't know how you interpret the meaning of lockdown regarding public health concerns.
Yangon is not still under lockdown.Regional government said "stay at home" if it's not necessary.Ofcouse 10 townships in yangon are in semi-lockdown where positive cases were found.

Din KL Not old fashion if you meant to clothing. Myanmar is one of very few countries who can maintain their traditional dress from daily wear, school uniform to formal wedding dress. We use that not for fancy shows only. We are proud of it.
