Bitch when I tell you my last heels intensive was NO JOKE. this is a little taste of my across the floors exercises during my last heels intensive in Los Angeles a couple weeks ago.
NEXT LEVEL SHIT I don’t play!!!!! A huge thank you to every students that send their submissions to be part of my intensive and please if you didn't get picked this time, try again next time! Can’t wait for the next one already. I love being in the studio with 20 dancers only and training the hell out of them for 5 days LOVE IT!

As a dancer I can’t believe I was so closed minded when it came to dancing in heels , it truly is a beautiful art. I thought it was wild and sexy but it’s so much more from technique to each of their individuality, you have tall, short, thick and thing heels

You talking to them while they're doing the practice, I think is the best pushing excercise that you as a teacher can do to make them feel the preasure to do it well, to impress you, etc.

Yanis I'm almost positive that when you dance your feet don't touch the floor...U seem to glide...its hypnotizing... Ur probably a Dance Goddess & Ur wings can't be seen by the human eye lol 😏....I would have paid just to observe class... shout out to all the dancers... it was a room full of very exotic beauties... can't wait for the next one!!!
