@@FreedomCrawler someday I'm going get to travel out west. There are places in Colorado and Utah I want to see. So hard when you're in Pennsylvania and can only get off a week at a time.
Makes for a lot of running back and forth for my camera. I ran into the jeep as I was coming out of the woods randomly, they stared at me for a while until they realized I was just grabbing my phone out of a random tree lol
Good looking rig, thanks for taking us along. Watching the video really gives shows some of the hiccups of a spacer lift, like you said. Great for an affordable option for most people, but you see the shortcomings when you get on more rugged terrain. Good stuff!
I think you meant central city. I checked this one out with my rav4, there's also a super easy dirt road that leads over to idaho springs and has a few old mining structures along it.
There was some campsites at the top of the hill itself which would offer great views but be a bit windy in some areas and along the trail itself. I think you could easily camp there
Freedom Crawler cool thanks. Check out Bill Moore for another one that isn’t real tough but fun just did it this weekend. There are a few others in that area too
Should be good to go. I was struggling trying to find anything even remotely difficult to play around with on the trail. Snow and ice may make it rough though so watch the trail reports depending on when you go
@@FreedomCrawler awesome. Are there any others beginner int trails you think I could handle worthy of checking out. Off road is totally new for me. I’m just a MTB rider who wants to go to cooler places and have fun just driving.
Switzerland trail is a great beginner trail. A lot of mountain bikers trek it too. I have a video on it also but I would definitely recommend that as a beginner trail. Again though, watch the weather on it in the winter
Yes, went over it in a few videos. It was “springy” on the trails but overall never had an issue with it. Did every thing I wanted it to, was just a bit bouncier off road
Holy shit! I can only eat left Twix as well...I won’t by a right Twix no matter the craving haha. I have a 2019 TRD Off-road Cement as well and you give me some good insight as I’m a beginner
Lol that’s funny stuff right there. Glad I can help. I started a 101 series that I’m hoping helps people out as well. As soon as I can get the baby on the trail and get my pilot back I’ll have better footage again too
Good morning sir! I have a random question for you. Does Shea find riding in the passenger seat of the Tacoma uncomfortable? My wife finds the seats uncomfortable and I was wondering if this is something you have also heard about just in passing conversations etc. Thank you, -Dustin.
Hey thanks for reaching out. I’ve honestly heard more bickering about the seats and the heights of them than anything lol. I said tall people have issues and then 25% of the people said they have no issues while the other 75% did. I hear they suck and have heard they are great. I would lean towards they aren’t that great, especially if you compare to the 5th gen 4Runner. We both thought that was more comfortable
Thank you i came looking to see if someone commented on this. Crazy thing is according to google maps there are two Yankee hills. The other is near leadville..
