Holmes is not a closer. His ERA was low b4 cos he's lucky. Look at his whip, he's allowing almost 2 baserunners per inning. Thats suicidal for closer

I agree the offense you can live with. The bullpen is terrible.

Go get real young pitchers, not all these spent veterans

Im saying this and maybe I’m in the minority but Baltimore does not impress me that much. Despite all our shortcomings yes we have been exposed but guess what the half glass full concept in this is that WE KNOW what needs to be done. Yes we need to get bullpen help whether from the minors and from trading. We still need a third baseman and second as well. With catching, Cora from the Red Sox call him a cheater or whatever he is a very good manager and wish he would be ours but that’s another story. But he did us a favor in showing that we do need help at catching. Yes Trevino can cram and block but cannot throw at all. Either start using wells more and have him also get more at bats where he will hit better. Getting rice is a great addition and you can tell he is getting it. He spits at the borderline pitches. We still have to see his defense it I feel that’s a start. Now try to get a third baseman. And second again get someone from the minors or trade for one. But going back to Baltimore they beat us because of them doing less errors than us. I just am not impressed with them. I see Philly as a bigger threat. We improve on those and we can be in a very good position to go far. Again just my thoughts.

Hello guys. We need to stop with the Yankees are great with finding relief pitchers. Yes we get some good stuff but it's not sustainable. They always revert back to be average or worse. We need true performance guys over a long period. Our infield defense sucks. Don't care what the numbers say Very misleading. Trevino sucks at throwing and bad pop time. Joe Gerardi said so and I believe him. We need to fix these problems sooner rather than later to be a true world series winner period. AKA. Yankee Mike.

He didn't start out very well.They need some strikeout pitchers in the bullpen.They need serious help.The Orioles look so much better offensively.Orioles do need starting pitching.Yankees, for many years now,seem to not be able to hit against left handed,crafty, starting pitchers.
