Hi WW, I missed this when you just posted it, just watched it…..cool set!!! Just wanted to say - really appreciate you letting us know, especially when dart tappers quite a bit, the other widths of the barrel besides the thickest one. Sometimes the thickest point is small and the rest of the dart much thinner…..thanks.
Cheers. I try to do it as much as possible if it's not a straight barrel. With the new Yaoyeah darts I reviewed they were 6.75mm up front at the widest but for rear grippers the darts were much thinner.
they are almost the same as my setup. only changes are the weird shape and silver 40mm points instead of black ones. but i must admit that they have some unique looking darts on the website.
Great channel love watching. Quick question for anyone how do you weigh your darts after purchase ordered some tungsten steel tips defender 22g from watching this channel but they seem heavier than my other darts i have 23g,even though it does say 22g on the box . Any help much appreciated
Great review as always! This particular set of darts is simply not for me. I do love the long points however. If I were to throw these I suspect my grip would be behind the flat spot, definitely not on the flat spot. I am really liking the Yaoyeah dart reviews. Keep them coming.
I tried gripping on the back and and the dart was doing VERY strange things on the way to the board and landing at very odd and random angles. Not an easy one to throw consistent... for me anyways
I really like the looks of these things. Pictures do them no justice. Not sure what my deal is lately, I have always enjoyed throwing all sorts of darts, but I've been real keen on thicker barrels. Probably due to the influx of Asian darts hitting my collection. Great video as always. I can see why the low score for recommendation. You're not rating the barrels just as a set of darts, but a set of darts anyone can just pickup & play. Either way, YaoYeah rocks! Can't wait for the next releases from them. If you don't move these, I'll probably be up to grab them in the future. I feel personally attacked about the "collector that prefers unusual darts." 😂😂 But I'm eyeing another dartsbuddy order at the moment! 😬 Oh yeah, I'm really digging the new room too.
Thanks! It's crazy how every single set of darts looks so much better in person. I honestly don't think I've bought a set of darts and thought to myself "these looked way better in the pics". I did feel bad low balling the score but they are a bizarre set of darts with the barrel and long points. Still an incredible set and perfect match weight as well. Can't go wrong with Yaoyeah and their respectable prices. 👍🏻
Yeah, I may have been a bit rough on them with the score but honestly this isn't going to be a dart for everyone. Even though they were perfect match weight. Still a great set of darts though 👍🏻
Thanks world wide... great review appreciate ya....... i like the new dart room seems like alot more room your not standing against the wall to throw so definetley bigger that way
The old room was terrible and we were only supposed to be there temporarily. 8 years later... 😂 My back foot use to be right up against the wall. Now it's nice that I have TONS of space to move around and I'm not cramped. Makes playing darts a bit more enjoyable. 👍🏻
Hello, I have a question for you. From time to time, I have questions after watching your videos, and you answer them, thank you. Now my question is, I'm very confused about this. I'm new to this dart thing and I've been trying to improve myself for 4-5 months. And while doing this work, I bought dart sets of different weights, from 23 to 26 g, but mostly in the form of torpedoes. I have a plain old 26g winmau cyclone set. People where I played could not understand all this diversity. They tell me to stay steady on a weight and set. I tried the sets they used and decided to buy a good flat set. I liked mvg's excat and aspire sets. But I'm undecided about the weight. I also wrote to other reviewers on RU-vid. Some people say buy a heavy set and lighten it over time. Another person says 23g is ideal. The other person should choose a set according to your throw, so if you're throwing fast, take it lightly, if you're throwing slowly, take it slow. I was confused about what to do. I'm currently playing with dart clearence 24g, which fits my hand relatively well. As I said, I intend to buy mgv. Your opinion is also valuable to me. please share your opinion.
