This is what we get in Australia through our Spotlight stores like your big box stores. They cost us $10 Australian or as low as $6 on sale. These bags are how we get to experience all the yarn from overseas. I think a lot of the yarn comes from Premier. We have no idea what the yarn is so the fun part is looking and trying to find what we have received.

Thanks for sharing your haul with us Penny I enjoy seeing what everyone else is buying, I have an order on it's way from Hobbii so I'm keeping everything crossed that it arrives today, I think I will have to sleep outdoors on the roof if I buy anymore yarn, you and Calvin take care and keep well.

That 1st green is a very pretty shade of green. I also like the peach. I have to buy some lace weight or 1 weight yarn. Need to make a layette set for great grandbaby due in October.

I used to buy the fashion yarn bags at Joann's but for some reason they don't sell them any more. I loved them all but the light melon color is gorgeous. I might have to order that color from Premier. Thanks Penny for showing the yarn to us.

I just ordered from Hershners because they had the Premiere cotton cones for under 7.00 and I got the fruits sock yarn for 2.49 or 2.79 each and I had a free shipping code so I got premier stuff cheaper from Hershners. Oh boy here I go again I just bought 10 pks . You’re right 16 ozs is 1 lb , the pack you said 14 ozs I guess they charge from 16 ozs to 14 ozs . Thanks for the tip my dear have a wonderful day ❤️🙏🏾 . Those 3 green colors would make a nice blanket. I ordered 5 pks of the everyday DK 15 cakes and only received 1 pk 3 cakes, they sent it with USPS and an order from hobbii was shipped with USPS too and my bags were busted open and taped up I’m so mad 😡 right now. I have not ordered from Premier as yet. Lately, I have been into earthy colors, especially green. All these are very pretty though.

I get those bags all the time and I cut across the front as not to damage the handle. Better deal than Dollar Tree now that they are $1.25.

Sad you had to cut that bag open because it would have made a great WIP bag.!! That will be a beautiful birthday gift. I get the one-pound yarn from Mary Maxim right now for 4.99 they choose the color. They are sold out already or I would have bought some more. Lol, I have 8 afghans to make this year for my kids and grandkids... It is worth the chance that I might get the colors I need, If not it can go into baskets everyone wants one now that I have made 2.

Hi Penny! I like the peach colored yarn best of the whole lot. I don't mind a couple of those greens - the lightest and the darkest. Love the DK Batik pink and gray too. I hope you and Calvin are doing well. This Northeast weather is getting old - warm day, snow day, warm day, frigid day, then more snow. When is it going to end?

I always look for yarn sales. I live on a fixed income. Small budget for yarn. I donate most of my creations to different organizations. I like Premier yarn and I have never seen fashion plus before. Do they just use those packets for mill ends? I remember picking up a mill ends bag at Joann’s (might have been Michael’s) about 5 years ago and they had the same bags.

I haven't tied tree fashion plus, but if that's what they are sending out, they're definately worth it!! Not a fan of bulky too much unless its for something specific. Great unboxing ad always Mrs Penny!!
