Hello, I’m one of the ladies you met yesterday! It was lovely to meet you! Love your purchases, I did actually totally miss the plastic insoles for slippers! Didn’t see them at all! I almost bought the felt insoles with the suede ones too, but by the time I was back at their stall I had already spenf way beyond my budget, so that will have to be on the list for next time! I purchased some sock yarn and bright pink mohair from Ara & Stella, then some sweater quantity of a Falkland merino and Gotland blend by no4 at Knit with attitude, and then I found some silk and mohair to match (I want to hold double for a fluffy finish) at the Camel’s yarn. I bought a solar yarn dye kit, then some accessories (project bag, stitch stoppers, stitch markers..) yeah, I had a very good time with my friend and her daughter!
Hi Laura! So lovely to have met you & so sorry i didn’t ask your names. I wasn’t my normal self. I love the joes toes felt and suede ones. The plastic hard bottomed ones were in the great hall where Toft was and to be honest when i bought mine there were then only 3 pairs left! If you fancy them later when budget allows they are knitpro botties. Sounds like a really lovely haul of items you purchased - do you work with thinner weight yarn than me and my dk? So glad you had a lovely time! I do love that little room we left you in as nice to have some breathing space and a bit of quiet. Thanks for sharing your day at unravel, I enjoyed it too, but it was very busy which was great for the businesses, and I got a bit peopled out. Thankfully I rehomed some yarn, inspired by watching you and memily and Martin from knit365 too!
Aww glad you had a good time. It was quiet first thing and then about 11am suddenly got super busy and yes thats how to describe it - peopled out! Esp as i still wasn’t feeling 100% Who did you buy yarn from? X
Love your H&H bag, use it and love it, if you work out how much use you will get out of it and the smiles you will get from those gorgeous colours it is value! Much cheaper than counselling!

Hi Michelle, I am the other Lady :D you met. Agree with Laura it was lovely to meet you and you weren't awkward at all, just lovely. First of all I hope you feel better. I love your new project bag, and the yarn and the insoles, you inspired me, I wanna make slippers too :D. My daughter and I got some yarn from Toft so I can make some vegetables from the Alexandra's Garden book I got for Christmas and a new pom pom for a new beanie, we love toft's pom pom's. Ara & Stella yarn as well, a Mohair/Silk yarn from Mamie and Florrie, lots of different DK mini's which I'm using for a Battenberg Blanket, also the solar yarn kit dye and lots of little gadgets from different stalls ... way over the planned budged :D .

Slippers are honestly so much easier than i thought especially those joes toes kit. I have a video in here somewhere showing my kit from last years unravel all made up! Aww lovely you are going to start on the veggies! I have the books but still as yet not made anything from them - too many projects and not enough time! Haha the budget does go out of the window i always find - i started with my hide & hammer bag as my first purchase so budget already blown! I don’t know if you are local but for me just unravel and Ally Pally so i feel like with only 2 shows a year - a few naughty extra purchases aren’t so bad! Sadly still not well and will be off work for a couple of weeks. But i need to do what is right for me at the moment. So lovely to meet you and Laura and i loved your daughters hoodie by the way! Hello hun, wow you got some beautiful purchases. I did get a Injabula large basket to put all my projects in and I love it, well I didn’t get it it’s an early birthday present from my mum 💖. I also got some yarn from Fox and Squirrel to make a knitted hat. Look at your gorgeous project bag, you deserved to buy it. Xx
