How could you not fall in love with her after this interview? So genuine, honest, and humble. I am so happy and proud of her for winning a gold in Paris. And so heartbroken that her country is being attacked by a terrorist regime. She represented her country as well as anyone has at any Olympics. Wish all the best for her and everyone in Ukraine.

Yrs she will get a couple because she is so young. If she stays healthy and no injuries. She is still second to Mariya Lasitskene, and just moved ahead of fellow Ukranian Yuliya Levchenko this year, Lasitkene was robbed of her chance to win. And should would have easily in 2016. Even though she was clean, but her whole country was banned because some other athletes cheated. I really wanted to see those three compete this year together, but no lock as covid took away everything from March on and the Olympics. All three women are my favorite, I cannot choose one I like them all so much. Take care Instead of banning them they wanted to punish all Russian athletes and did so unfairly.

I think the athletes do not have the obligation to adapt to English. They should keep the language of the nation they are representing and then to be translated. Like it was earlier.

Athletes today are getting indorsements from international companies. They reach a much wider audience if they are multi lingual. Yaroslava is a national treasure in the Ukraine but she is loved by people around the world because of her beauty and personality as well as her talent.

@Archie Bunker Yes, i have seen into it and she is 1.81. Levchenko is 1.79 and Lasitskene is either 1.78 or 1.79 also.Somebody had state that she(Yaroslava) was 6'2" but i thought that either something is wrong with that statement or all the women high jumpers are around 6'3"!!!!That was not the case when i made a simple search.So i figured out that she isn't that(6'2)tall. Her height is ok but not impressive. Kostadinova was 6'.05-6'1 or 1.85meters.Vlasic was a giantess at 6'4"!!!!.
