Last year (2020) due to Covid situation, the people of Kagbeni decided to host our very first Yartung Festival. With months of preparation for the big celebration, it was a huge success. Yartung festival includes sports competition: soccer, archery, volleyball and horse riding. Performance includes cultural dancing and singing. Lastly, delicious foods and drinks to enjoy. The Yartung festival is a 3 -4 days event held during month of August. Perfect weather and crowd, so come and experience it for yourself because Kagbeni will be hosting Yartung Festival every year from now on. Enjoy it
