I can already see it happen. They need to bannish the bbeg to some other dimension or something, they get them through the portal only the portal won't close, it requires a sacrifice of some sorts. They're arguing over who should jump through and seal the portal but time is running out and the bbeg is almost back, then out of nowhere sprinkle willingly (aka Jester or Veth just throw him in there) jumps through the portal sealing it.

While Yasha's wings are going to be a gradual change, I really love the idea someone posited that her hair would start growing in white again and she could cut it short to rid herself of the black. EDIT: looks like I was wrong about it being gradual.

My players had trouble pronouncing the name of a lich in my last campaign, so out of frustration I renamed him to Sweetpea instead. They never forgot his name after that.

@@actuallyhard315 One of the party members was a dragonborn named Khydaar Theriatanas and nobody ever forgot his name :( To be fair though, you're not wrong and I learned my lesson, no more strange/eldritch sounding names with this particular party.

@@Roiben100 I think that in one of talks episodes were Travis was alone he said that Laura flirting with him in game is working though if i am wrong i am sry and sad T_T

I do watch Talks and I dont remember this moment so you might be right however if it is working Fjord doesnt exactly portray it. Like at all. Its like he sees her as a sister and not as a potential partner. Its a shame and really disappointing.

@@dndbasement2370 I've killed a players pet once, but it was in a system where they had fixed advantages and disadvantages, and one they had chosen was great destiny where they get to avoid death once per session. They did so, but were still in combat, and the big bad had noticed they weren't dead yet and would realistically coup de grace them next. that didn't really fit with the spirit of the advantage since it only delayed death for a round in this situation. But they had a cat that they had taught to wear specialty armor etc and had role played being basically a warrior cat. So, I turned to the player and asked, "Do you feel like I would be keeping to the spirit of the advantage if I had something happen that saved your character, so long as it made sense?" The player thought about it for a moment and said "yeah, tbh." And I said okay. And described their warrior cat attacking the BBEG before they could land the final blow on him. The BBEG flung the cat away and I rolled good for damage, it was pretty low. the cat was in rough shape but still technically alive, but the players when they went to move (the cat's player was unconcious) did something really really reckless and ended up basically finishing off the cat. The player was devastated, but didn't hold it against anyone, and went on to make a shrine to his guardian cat spirit in the game.

Considering how Veth has the ability to take no damage on dex attacks on a save and her massive dex save number, she and Beau would have been the safest people to target without killing anyone in the party. Veth probably would have hurt more though yeah

In a recent Talks Machina, Matt confirmed that his first thought was Caleb, but then switched it to Jester just after.

The fact that Matt said multiple times that some of the people on the island were pirates makes me very worried.

As far as i know, disintegrate disintegrates the target creature and the nonmagical objects it's wearing. Other creatures should be unaffected.

@@heidibermudez2072 unless he's already dead and therefpre just a weasel corpse in jester's inventory, then it would be disintegrated.

Or Sprinkle would jump out to take the spell and take it for Jester. "I can finally die, you bastards."

We all know that he's undead at this point. He's been preparing his lich ritual in the xorhaus, succeeded and is a level 20 caster. He just casts dampen elements all the time and is waiting for the bbeg to appear. So he can loot jester when she's downed and start working with vecna or someone the like. Sprinkle is LE, twisted by unending horror, pain and humiliation

I hope so. Matt might change yasha from a fallen assimar to a protector assimar and in that case she would then be able to fly.
