Round 1 of the 8 mid century camera faceoff between a Canonet QL25 and a Yashica Electro 35 GSN.
Watch video and leave a comment telling us which camera did the best. Camera A or B. This is a blind test so that nothing influences your choice besides image quality. In the next video after votes are counted I will reveal which camera is A and which is B.

Nunca vi a maioria dessas câmeras, muito legal poder acompanhar o resultado. Neste Round fico com a "A".

I owned both of these, but didn’t keep either one for long. The Yashica has a very sharp lens, but the camera is too big, heavy and clunky for my taste. The Canon’s lens was not as sharp. The body size and shape were fine. But I like Olympus better, and I like the Olympus 35RC and 35SP better.

The higher contrast of Camera A is my favorit, also its sharper. I guess Camera A is the Yashica because of the 45mm, if you didnt changed your position ;-) Favorit photo is the girl on the bike at 13:48. Well done!
