Mix of the shows that Yasmeen Ghauri did for the Fall-Winter 1991-92 season in New York, Milan and Paris. Enjoy! Write in the comments section what season of Yasmeen you want me to prepare next. / queensofcatwalk
This is my favourite season and walk for Yasmeen. She is super confident and dramatic. Her hips swinging like crazy and so wide. But always poised, refined and completely captivating. Really she has too many qualities that lift her above all the rest and that's why she is greatest walker of all time.
OMG, it is amazing how the clothes of the 90s exuded luxury, they were so beautiful and well made, sophisticated and appeared to be expensive. Nowadays it's a postmodernist horror show and that technological and fulturist wave that insists on creating bad taste clothes
you just watched the wrong show, a lot of fashion show today is for art house puporses, or for show, some celebs still buy it for it's unique and haute couture.
I’ve been watching her walk the past few weeks and think I’ve figured out what makes her so unique: she could modify her walk dep on the designer & the outfit. She was intelligent enough to understand the brand’s energy and the essence of the outfit she was given to wear. Now I see how few other models are able to grasp this!
Absolutely right! She could tone down the hip swivel & be soft senuous & seductive, feminine & playful city girl (mary tyler moore) or straight up haute couture drama drama drama. I think she had different personnas in her head for each outfit & theme.
@@piotro5920 do all of hers, i just cannot get enough of that beauty . Thank you for giving us this legend. I would have never known about this stunning talent without these videos.
Im obsessed with her beauty and the way she sold out every single piece of the clothes that they put her to wear. But fun fact the audience wanted Yasmeen because she showed you everything in matter of seconds and she did it
what doesn't cease to amaze me is how she never overdone it. She's swaying with every part of her body but still very much in control. Her movements are effective and clean while still being over the top but still makes the clothing stands out, she is selling the garments. And her stare is so captivating. Not to mention her face and body are just unreal. Definitely one of the best runway walkers ever.
If i would be in the fashion industry i would praise yasmeen ghauri for being my inspiration. Such a classic, exotic, rare beauty she has for the runway
11:28 Naomi cant even. Yasmeen studied every dress and put different energy and spice in her every walk. Totally divine. Superb. Unforgettable. Just Yasmeen.
I am a gay man, but Yasmeen Ghauri always makes me wonder if I really am ... I could watch her walk forever and a day and never get bored! Besides her once-in-a-lifetime-walk, she is so charismatic she'd light up the catwalk even if the lights were off!
And can we also just take a moment to appreciate the fashions of 1991? So many of these looks are still relevant today, the 90s were such a period of creativity and exploration.
She is just "Stunning"!!!! If there is ever someone who knows how to sell a garment, it would be her. That Face, That Hair, That Body, and That Walk is Everything!!!!! 🙏❤️😘🙃😂😄😷.... She possesses a "Bold Elegance", that is rarely seen on the catwalk....
There are/were many big beauties in the fashion industry, but the best is Jasmeen. She had it all : the face, body and the walk. She knew how to sell clothes. Others don't come even close.
She was a force of nature! 🙌🏻🔥✨ It's ridiculous how certain models from the late 90s and early 2000s get thought of as being among the "best walkers". 🙄 They cannot even hold a candle to this.
Yes, Yasmeen G was really awesome in some many ways. Class, elegance, graceful, spunky, beautiful body and face... and 'The Walk', amazing, and her turns and the looks she gives. She just knew how to work the camera and the audience. She makes me think of Irina Shayk, she is very good too, she is kind of that way too with a similar physique.
There are a lot of clips here I've never seen before. It must be time consuming to put all of these clips together. Thanks for making this video. I really appreciate it. ❤️
That opening Versace yellow dress she features is my favorite Yasmeen look/ moment EVER!! #epic #legendary #goddess The look on her face says EVERYTHING 💖💋💖
Yasmeen had the best walk in history it was out of this world she is the definition of pure beauty greatest model of all times (I’m so proud she is half Pakistani and she was never embarrassed to say where she comes from)
Kendal gigi bella my honest say they no talented no charisma no high class just model not the supermodel, i don't know why today fashion industry include big name for them.
Yasmeen is indeed the one and only one model who has a perfect 10 in every aspects of being a model ! Her beauty ✔️ Her catwalk ✔️ Her body ✔️ Her professionalism of being a model ✔️ That is why no other model then or even now a days models could surpass YASMEEN GHAURI ! She is the best ✔️ and the very BEST ✔️
so multi dimensional from sophistication to drama while the face is serving unbothered fierceness 🙌🏾i like how she amped it for Mugler she does feel smell and bring it to life 👑 💖✨👌🏽
Yasmeen - captivating breath-taking mesmerizing. Effortlessly gorgeous. And this mix is THE BOMB! I have never heard that song Contact before. Love it!
Although i had her always in the top 5 at that time now after all these years and watching her again and after so many years watching fashion shows i can say that she is imo the absolute topper of all times!
Not only did Yasmeen have exotically beautiful looks yet she walked the runway in such an elegant/phenomenal fashion totally outdoing the likes of Kristy, Linda and Naomi big time... Her strut/walk down the runway was totally unique and sexy to look at...😍😍😍
Yasmeen is nothing less than stunning! Her walk in the Mugler show - OMG! Fashion was so much more fun, glamorous and creative back then - now everything is most just slapping logos on everything
Yasmeen is the best model ever, she had a beautiful face and perfect hourglass body, her swinging hips were hypnotizing. She had this fierce confidence, charm, poised elegance, class and grace, that you could mistake her for a member of royalty. That's how classy she was. When she walked she commanded the room, all eyes were on her. The clothes that she wore, everyone wanted to buy them to look like her. I wish she was more popular but at the same time I'm glad that she decided to leave the showbusiness and focus on what's more important
Everything you just said are spot on. Wouldn’t it be great if we had models like her. She can sell a boring tee shirt. On her, everything is spectacular.
