After we left Rincon and on our way to Guanica we decided to stop by Yauco and record the town from the air. What a beautiful town this is. One of my subscribers, Nolberto Cales, is from this town and now lives in the USA. Yauco is the home of Yaucono Coffee, one of the best coffees in the world. We will be back to explore this town, soon.

Wow! Thank you for this video Mr. Duran. I was born and raised in the US but my mother is from Yauco. I've always wanted to go visit and get to know some of my extended family there whom I have never met. Since the hurricane I felt like I could just forget about ever going because it is probably now destroyed. I am so relieved to see that it is still as beautiful as my mami had always spoke of it and that there is hope in someday going to visit and meet some of my relatives. Thank you again and again.

my pap. was 94 y-o passed away last year loved his hometown of Yauco. I can see why, look at those beautiful mountains!!! Here in NC I would have to drive 4 hrs to see any mountains

I saw u pass thru Lares. You should visit one day and record it. Is been years I havent been there

I lived in Lares when I was a kid, for about a year and a half. I have a couple videos here of Lares, one from the air, and the other one as I visited with my father. Check them out. When I return next year I may record some of the areas in the mountains. That would be awesome. Saludos.

Jobi, where is the El Mirador? I pass through Lares every time on my way to San Sebastian or Las Marias and would like to stop there next time.

Ovi Duran el mirador is on the mountain behind Lares Mall. Etc. U should ask someone next time u go to Lares. ask Someone and they will tell u how to get there is basically like 2 mins from where you pass by
