There's a roaming danger in the Ghanaian music space that we're all intentionally ignoring. Because of the unfounded pressures we try to kotow to from the Nigerians, our artistes (even young and growing ones) are always under pressure to release hit songs. Ghanaians should know that before the others started, we were there already. We should just support our own.

Most managers in Ghana are very terrible. I blame it on talent management. Sad to say this but Black Sherif and Gyakie needs to be very careful with the way he’s being managed. If care is not taken, he will fall in the same situation. Being extremely one dimensional is a career disaster. It doesn’t mean an artiste shouldn’t have a style and sound. Let your style and sound appeal to more than a certain group of people if the focus is on creating value commercially.
