lol omg I remember first hearing this song!!So cute!...even though I don't speak arabic...the language i speak is similar to arabic so i understand a lot....
this song is actually the first song in a trilogy of 3....each of the videos tell a story!!!! this song is the beginning of it, then Lawn Eiounak (when she gets married to the guy in this video) and the last is Enta Eih (when we see her marriage to the guy falling apart bcz he's cheating on her w/ her best friend in this video)...very interesting! btw...nancy is a wonderful beautiful singer and i adore her very much...she's an inspiration to me and to all girls who want to be a singer....
This song hasn't got a complete Arabic feeling to it in my opinion (I love Arabic music, it's one of the many kinds of music I listen to), but I still love it, and Nancy's voice is awesome! Was this song meant to break through some international market (I know it's in Arabic, but it has a very "international" sound)?
so cute this video is.. though i cannot understand lebanese a friend of mine from palestine translated this song for me it was so touching...can some please write the whole song wordings in english i would like to learn this song...it is amazing.... thanks
I am from the USA and live in Sweden now... I haven't noticed racism against Moroccans in the USA...maybe I am naive, but I have seen that people are pretty friendly regardless. There are huge Arabic populations in certain cities...you can probably even find some good Moroccan food if you start to miss it!
I love this song! Can anyone provide the lyrics, preferably written in Arabic? J'adore cette chanson! Est-ce qu'il y a quelqu'un qui pourrait fournir les paroles - ecrites en arabe si possible? Thank you and Merci!
Ow thank god!! Because I also want to go one time to The USA... And I would like to have a great time without racisme... But how is it with people from Morocco? Do you know where Morocco is? Because poeple from Morocco are very discriminated here in the Netherlands...
Not all Arab looks the same. u only see wt ur Midea want u to see or to know about arab ! that u dont see blond does'nt mean they dont exist, I'm an arab from palestine i'm white my nieces are blond with blue eyes! It's depends on where they live, Arab in africa are different from arab who live beside the sea like in palestine and lebanon . afterall we r all arab and proud . No one trys to fool u , u saw few arab and thought all 270 million arab around the world are the same !
@ZimimeXoxo @ZimimeXoxo yeah I knew :)) I said Africa for example because of the hot weather .. But it does not matter I'm proud of being an arab no matter what is my colors :))
That's so untrue and unfair. ANYONE with ANY kinda ideology must be allowed fully to advertise for their own thoughts and tendencies. Homosexuals too must be allowed to advertise freely . This is their right and no one has this right to oppose them. As far as you think homosexuality is something "Disgusting" you can not open your eyes and see the reality. It's their own body and they can treat it the way they fancy .
talks like this are ruining lebanon! since the seventies civil wars and stuff! you people need a strong leader to reunite you. I wish you people good even though I know you hate us (syrians).
i love that woman. the hot old lady in the chair, not the ugly chick who wont stop singing. sheesh lady enough already! :D Message to my girl Nancy Ajram: baby what you waiting for? lets make some babies!
@successISmine1 Arab does not equate with any skin color. There are Arabs who are black from Sudan and Mauritania. There are tanned Arabs from the Gulf and there are very light Arabs in Palestine, Syria and Jordan. Being Arab has nothing to do with skin color but with a shared culture, language, and history. Arabs are the most diverse people on Earth so stop the racism. BTW, most Arabs live in Africa (Morocco, Tunisia, Lybia, Algeria, Sudan, Egypt, Mauritania).
have you ever been to an arabian country? what is all that blabber about white people, in majority we are white, for god sake! this color skin is pretty common, arabian beauties are light skinned and dark haired but still in north africa, due to ethnic origins becauce north african are berbers, they are 30% blond. so stop insulting lebanese cause it is how most of them look like! there are genuine from the start, they are not fake, i can't tell much about you.
@MonaZable true i'm an arab too and i'm white have green eyes and brown hair my sis red hair and brown eyes and my bro blue eys and blak hair u see we're all diffrent eben thou we;re same family (same parents) almost like euroeans olny a million timess more beautiful hahahhhaha :))) arabs really do have the most beautiful eyes in the world
Translation of song: " YaY it means something like how beautiful , sher oyono is how charming are his eyes, ... she says "with one word he gained my heart, longing met longing and one smile met another, my heart got confused , i dont know how or where, how he changed me and i suddenly felt secure ... there is more to translate but im lazy lol this is basic meaning :p

The basic meaning is: Oh the magic of his eyes We looked into each others eyes Oh how sweet his word is if only it had been 2 Then something about i forgot my name, I dont know how or why... Someone correct me if thats wrong, but I believe that's the basic meaning of the song. Hope that helps!

Phoenicians are Semites as well and spoke a language very close to present day Arabic. They also came up with the first and only phonetic alphabet in the world. The Arabic, Western, Russian, Greek, and Hindi alphabets are modeled after the phonetic alphabet.
the problem in this clip is that arabic ladies never see the guys making holes in the street hihihi! nice cars guys have beter chance but i like it, maybe it's give a vocation to people to this kind of jobs!
well im gonna have a doubt a bout the last video in the trilogy as u were saying cuz the guy is totally different which means it got nothing to do with the previouse ones just revealing my points.
lebanese are arabs but ofcourse its included some other ethnicities like armenians and they immigrated to syrian and lebanese in 1915 from Anatolia(Turkey).Lebanon is a pure arab country its for sure.

No, the gay guy is her friend. Her other friend (the girl she's sitting next to on the bus) and him get the guy she likes (the one she sees out of the bus window) to come visit her. :)
I'm missing the point here, aren't we all human! WTF! I'm 100% phoenician you may say, Lebanese living in Australia, and everyone assumes im european! I'm very proud of my arab culture!
