Yes you’re right aina sounded tired here because during this time she have vokal mania too a weekly performance. You can easily tell the differences between her A5 here with the ajl which more rounded and strong. Btw her vocal teacher said that she is spinto soprano and i kinda agree with that because her speaking voice and low notes not that dark as dramatic and mezzo. It just that her capability to manipulate tone is great.

Even I don't understand the language of that song sings by her, I feel the emotions and the the feelings were so mad I think 😊 and it seems and it sounds that that song has a similar tone or note to our song here in the Philippines 😯

Yazik, what an entertaining and educational reaction! We learn about notes, voice tones, larynx, vocal cord, vocal anatomy and many more..Really love this💐. I watch & listen to your reaction very attentively..even more attentive than when I was watching the prime bulletin😂. Well, this is a 'healthy comparison' actually. They both equally has their own unique voice because of their anatomy..like you said. Oh, you're right. They sang each other's song in this performance. I think the producer put them together in this show because they both are in their prime time. Listen to the crowds cheering and applausing! Who doesn't love Ernie & Aina performing together?

This is the performance at Anugerah Meletop. It’s an award show so I think it’s the organiser’s choice to pair them and chose the songs for them.

Aina is a genius. She knows her voice, how to manipulate it, how to play with it. To complement her voice, she writes songs that suit her voice, the songs that her voice can stand out and shine.

I think one of the reasons Malaysian fans keep on comparing Aina & Ernie is because they are constantly debating about who will be the next “Siti Nurhaliza”. Siti Nurhaliza is known for being the “#1 singer in Malaysia” for her outstanding vocal ability and incomparable achievements. In fact, this debate has been going on since many years ago. When Shila Amzah & Yuna were at their prime, people were comparing them too. I honestly think the “#1 singer in Malaysia” title tends to make people favor only the best one over the rest. Having said that, not all Malaysians are like that. We have dozens of great singers in our country. I wish we could all celebrate their talent without downgrading others.

At the end of the day,shila amzah and yuna ended up making their own masterpiece more at overseas. Idk but most music industry in Malaysia seems not to really open minded to their talent during that period. Like wth,i love they both shila and yuna but it's such a lost. They ofcss still make malay song but not as many as their eng/chinese song. Am i right?

@Muhd Hakim stop delusional. Siti great headvoice? Resonance? Great singer yes but not vocal ability. Siti gift from god is her TONE. She don't need much vocal skill/acrobatic to deliver the song well. I love Siti but to say she have a great vocal ability, Now that's debatable.

I think the next Siti will be Aina. Ernie boleh, kalau Syamel tak halang dia nyanyi lepas kahwin or if Ernie konsisten assh suara lepas bersalin. Aina sebab she have a better songwriting skill. Vokal ability boleh dilentur. Plus Aina ni jenis hardworking and juga dia masih single. Aku tak rasa dia nak kahwin dalam waktu terdekat. Macam Liza Hanim jugak, suara power tapi kahwin awal, dia stop nyanyi lama. Tapi comeback dia, suara masih anak dara okay.

Hey Yazik! I have been waiting for this reaction. Always love your reactions. Yes, they switched songs. Erni sang Aina's "semalam", while Aina sang Erni's "Gundah". Both songs went into AJL 35 final recently, where Erni won the Best Vocal Award and Aina won 2nd place in Best Song category, and.... I heard that Aina & Erni are working on a collaboration now. I predict something big is coming! Btw. You might want to chek out Elly Mazlein singing "Dusta Cinta", a song written by Aina Abdul as a sequel to Aina's "Sumpah". Elly Mazlein is one hell of a female singer from Malaysia.

For a satisfaction feeling of listening, I chose Aina. I love belters! padu puas when listening to them ! Ernie is good too in her technique of singing but ya preferably to pay for Aina’s concert!

Ernie and Aina ialah dua orang penyanyi Malaysia yang boleh dijadikan idola muzik BBNU yang baru nak masuk muzik sebab korang tengok Ernie masa Bintang RTM, vocal dia lembik and entah hape hape, range limited and takde teknik. Aina pun sama mass Mentor, masa dia masuk Mentor, alahai biasa je suara dia takde apa2 yang extra. Tapi dua dua ni berjaya buktikan kemampuan dengan KNOWLEDGE. You see if you learn and apply the knowledge, you can beat the so called "Number 1 Singer" . For sure that fandom will come and argue with me in 3,2,1...

Ernie has more lightness, clarity, and flexibility in her voice. Aina has more meat and chest, and fulness in her voice. It’s easier for her to sing with attitude and have an impact.

@@hijaudaun8059 Cikgu Delly- Aina’s vocal coach for AJL .. stated that Aina Abdul is a SPINTO SOPRANO. A type of soprano that has a little bit of weight on the texture n has a voice range similar to a lyrical soprano.

Thanks a lot for this. I'm a fan of both but I will say this though. Some people like Aina's voice better because to them it sounds 'fuller' because she's using more chest than head. They say it's giving them more satisfaction hearing singer sings with chest voice. But it bothers me sometimes when they said Ernie isn't using the 'real' voice just because she's using more head voice. Not sure what real voice means though. I'm not a singer and I don't know anything about singing or music, but I do know that it's not easy to sing like Ernie does, it takes a lot of skill and knowledge. So yeah I'm a bit sad when people belittle her ability like that.

Aina tu suara dia mcm Siti. Suara berat dan bulat. Keluar habis. That's why I adore her after Siti. Persamaan Aina dengan Siti: Campak je lagu apa2, boleh katakan diorang akan tapau dengan indah dan sedap bak hang. Perbezaan Aina dengan Siti: Siti merdu 90%. Aina merdu 80%. Siti power 80%. Aina power 90%.
