Yea, heal will be reduced to 30 hp, awakening wont heal, life beam will have +-5 more secs of cd, RTZ will give more endlag to YOU, bird will became cancelable, counter will have smaller cd (somewhy). And maybe after 10 years we can pray for Ger rework since paragon said that Ger movelist is dogshit and need rework

Just the nerf on the heals and cooldown on life beam was fine enough in my opinion, nerfing all the moves butchers it...
