Yes amazing comp initially lifted from Ustad amanat ali khan's YE ARZOO THI TUJE GUL KE RU BA RU then later in the 70s I see Jagjit use it here and finally it was used in the famous UMR JALWON MEIN BASAR HO by Jagjit

It is as if another pearl from the oyster, has been unearthed by Soni Ji, from the deep 🌊..because the lyrics are as deep and heart touching...Ye berukhi na dikhaao ki raat jaati hai..Naqaab rukh se uthaao ke raat jaati hai... Sung so melodiously by Jagjitji, in his deep baritone voice, with such passion and feelings, to touch the inner core of my heart .!..Shab-e-visaal bhi aye dost khamoshi kyun hai..Koii to baat sunaao ke raat jaati hai... Heard this ghazal before but this one has its own charm, as it has been sung by Jagjitji in a live performance at a private Mehfil... Beautiful and heart touching poetry, penned by Sudarshan Faakir ...Wo ek shab ke liye mere ghar mein aaye hain.. Sitaare toD ke laao ki raat jaati hai... ग़ज़ल और अशार तुम आये हो मैं ये कहता हूँ तुम नहीं आये मुझे यकीन दिलाओ के रात जाती है चराग-ए-दिल के उजाले को तुम सहर न कहो बहाने यूँ न बनाओ के रात जाती है (सहर = सुबह) तमाम उम्र पड़ी है शिकायतों के लिए तुम आज दिल न दुखाओ के रात जाती है
