This song was created to celebrate the Royal Lake of the mountain town, Pyin Oo Lwin (The City of May) located in Mandalay division of Northern Myanmar. The Royal Lake of Pyin Oo Lwin was founded in 1915 by George Butler, the British colonel. In 2015, the Royal Lake had been 100 years anniversary and at the same time the legend musician, Myo Myint Lay who composed and recorded the song about it, had passed away. Ye Naung was raised his childhood with Myo Myint Lay's classical songs and loved them so much. Therefore Ye Naung decided to create a tribute the original classical song, "Taung Hlay Khar Thot Pay Sar" in Hip Hop sampling version. Ye Naung spent almost 3 years to create its music and finally the music producer, Thar Pouk could fulfill his desire. This music video was recorded in 2017 and published in 2018 November.
