ingredients:
175g Flour
100ml Cooking Oil
300g Sugar
3 Eggs
10g Baking Powder
3to4 pc Carrot
120g walnut
1t.s cinnamon powder
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Peel the carrots and grind them using a blender or grater. Add the ground carrots and chopped walnuts to the bowl and mix again. Pour the batter into a baking dish and bake for 45 minutes at 200°C. Enjoy your soft and delicious carrot cake.
