And unfortunately you're the exact cliche of a client; expecting the work, cheaply, with a smile, with no roadblocks or unforseen issues. There's gotta be some meeting-in-the-middle, right? "got a job here, client wants it perfect, first time, they want you to smile and nod at them like 'the help' for the duration, and they want you to willingly/happily accept the job at a cheaper rate to make the process inexpensive, notwithstanding material costs, weather, time or skill." And some builders are _unwilling_ to do that? 😮

It genuinely scares me that comedies made just 20 years ago are deemed “just as offensive” as stuff from the previous century. It’s a shame that comedy is so restricted because you can’t offend anyone or talk about anything.
They do. But people expect builders to live on minimum wage. When they do find a price they deem deserving for rough builder they realise they shunned the good ones. 😂
People say the satire is based on the fact that builders are the opposite of this. But I felt like it was more an embellishment of how some builders are blasé about being able to do really hard skilled things. They rarely say they can’t do something.
