Building of Gutters have forced the people to walk on the road that also can course accident to the instead of the Gutters must be covered and that as side walk we those in the rural areas walk from one town to the next town on this video you can see the people walking in the streets and the highways. I have been watching roads being built in GHANA ask my self a question don't we have civicengeners to design in roads in the city and the highways in GHANA. Our seniors will have a hard time to go over the Gutteters . Please it's about time to END GUTTERS in GHANA and build SIDEWALKS across the country . The GUTTERS are being used to dump debris and trash dumping into the GUTTERS. THANKS
