Ordered since feb 12. No updates, I still have my order as “order placed” I also placed a second order a couple of days later with only shirts and pants, but nothing yet. I’m about to cancel the charge in my credit card. 😢😢😢
My pods are order 67,589 placed on feb 11 and i got the update emails but no shipping updates yet. Ordered one of the shirts march 9 and already got it.
Yea man it looks like the cloths are coming wayyyy faster than the pods … hopefully they get caught up on the pod orders and all this starts running smoothly 🙏🏼
I can confirm the 24hr line is BS. They created label for my hoodies on Monday April 15 and it’s now Sunday April 21. They are still on the same step and has not moved. My orders from Feb 11th have not also shipped either as of this updated email. I’m in the 60k range also so I think this is all just damage control. Pods should not be back up until they fix this shipping mess they have going on. Also for $15 shipping we should not be getting snail mail. Damn USPS 2day is faster and cheaper 😅
Yea they’re def in damage control mode trying to save face for sure … and i agree 100%, $15 is a little pricey for the slowest method possible lolol … they should refund free shipping if it takes longer than what they say, that would be fair !
i ordered it for my wife cuz she liked the “do it” song for the juve sample… but my son grew and can now listen to Carnival, so i guess its his now when/if it frekin ships….
So the weirdest thing. I ordered a size 2 March 4th those still haven’t come. However I purchased a size 1 and 3. Last week and they came within the same week so I was thinking the most common size was 2 and they kept ruining out. But I’m not sure honestly .
WTF, That is wild !!! … size 2 is def the most common size, but dam that makes no sense that they’re fulfilling orders in a week but some people still waiting months lol … but glad you for the size 1 and 3 🤷🏻♂️💪🏼

I know I just commented this on a video you posted for the other day but I saw this was more recent lol but: Man I'm a lil bummed, I ordered during the Super Bowl on Feb 11th, have had no new email updates at all and my pods haven't shipped. I didn't even know that they sent out emails lol. Still says order confirmed for me, and my order number is in the 180 thousands. Hopefully I hear something soon lol

I got a email 4-5 days ago. Than one yesterday saying they are working on orders in the order they where placed. And I got a few pics. I started thinking it was a scam lol
Brah they have hundreds of employees, if not thousands, I live across the street from the factory. It’s a huge factory. It’s basically a whole block. They share the location with Los Angeles Apparel.
Yes of course, photo is the furthest from the truth, those people alone couldn’t barely ship out 200 orders in a day let alone 10-15k. My stuff will be here tomorrow though 😎 they working working.
Dam, so you never got an order number ? … did they take the money from your bank ? … you should reach out to them and either cancel your order or try and get more info from them .. something doesn’t seem right with that !
I orders mine on March 8th and it’s now April 23 and still nothing. I emailed them and received a uncertain response on whether they will cancel or ship it. smh

Only reason this email got sent is cos, despite them saying no refunds, after 30 days u can insist in one. My order was start of March and 800k ticket number 😂😂😂 They know they are fucked, they know they was I’ll prepared and they know they gonna get stung with an insane number of refunds soon…..

It was in my spam folder and the title was “A shipment from order #YZY-XXXXX is on the way” .. within the email it had a link to track the order with the USPS tracking number and it also showed what was being shipped … I got a another email when it was shipped and another once it was out for delivery.
I haven’t received my pods in so long I for got wen I ordered them I used to love and support ye and his shoes and clothing and his antics but I haven’t been feeling the love from him in return Europe got all the good sh$t months ago and we got all the bull sh$t ye really is tripping HE NEED TO COMMUNICATE THREW THE WIRE 🎶
Honestly when i reached out to support I just got the generic “we don’t know when we will ship it out, we will email when we do” … but I guess it’s worth a try, when did you order ??
Prob since you barely been waiting a month, you aren’t getting those updates, but idk tbh … I JUST got my order from 2/11 and still waiting on an order from 2/12 lol I’m assuming you’re going to have to wait another few weeks at the least

I’ve seen/heard a lot of folks that also ordered them on the same day as me and even after me and they already have theirs or having shipment confirmation. I haven’t gotten anything but just the order confirmation and the 2 recent emails apologizing.
