Well that means that they def shipped it out and either DHL or USPS has it and it’s somewhere in transit … but dam, since 4/27 ?!?! What State do you live in or are you over seas ?

I order on 23 Mar and came to me on 23 Jun. The weird part my pods only come in a plastic bag. They send me size 3 but I order 2. So I email them with photo and then good news they order a new one with size 2 for free. Now need to wait 3 months..😢
Yea, they stopped giving out the black dust bags with the pods and only giving the clear plastic bag now😪 … I hope your new pods arrive sooner rather than later 🙏🏼
Bro started from scratch and built a site offering 20$ goods in such a short amount of time. I’m not even mad on the wait times. We’re just so used to 2 day shipping now as consumers. It’s Ye, you know it can’t just go smooth with anything Ye does but in the end you’re left with a masterpiece.
I understand it’s only $20, and of course there are issue expected with a startup company. I’ve always supported Ye in all his business ventures. Nike, Adidas, GAP, and his independent stuff. But the 2 main issues we have with this new Yeezy merch. 1.) it says shipping within 2-4 weeks (which is a lie 95% of the time, shipping takes 2-4 MONTHS) we wouldn’t care about the time if the website just said up front that shipping times take 2-4 months. Then we would know what to expect and not get mad when it takes longer than 2-4 weeks. Tell the customers what to expect BEFORE they order. You can’t lie to the mass amount of customers and then expect them to just all be cool with it. 2.) the Yeezy customer service inbox is full so customers can’t even contact the company and ask for an update/refund/change address/ nothing, you have NO WAY of contacting the company. They aren’t sending any communication surrounding the delays or anything. That is awful business, I don’t care if it’s a startup or a big company, you NEED a ways or the consumers to reach you. Everyone is hoping that all this gets turned around and starts running smoothly. They def need some leadership over there to turn this ship around … it’s been about 6 months since he started his website, you would think you would see some improvement by now 🤷🏻♂️ … put me in coach, I’d have this operation running like a well oiled machine !!! @@LamboAndy I ordered Super Bowl Sunday and waited two months but was one of the earlier people to receive their packages. Also I was one of the people that received vultures merch that faded after one wash and I reached out to the yeezy team and within a month received replacement product and was told to keep the other product. I’ve had a pretty decent experience. It’s all over the place on a case by case basis it seems, but also they’ve got their shit together now. What Ye did with the influx of ordered Super Bowl Sunday and all the orders daily there after is completely unheard of. I can’t think of single other person that had that many orders over night. Now 4 months later they’re running a more smooth operation. That’s pretty damn impressive if you ask me. & everything has been completely 🔥 and at 20$! 😮💨
Yea things are a bit better now but def not smooth …. You said you were able to email them and they helped you out, that’s great … but if you email them now, the inbox is full and can’t accept anymore emails … so just imagine the thousands of people, just like you, who tried to contact them about any issue and the email not going thru … just imagine the frustration you would have lol
I damn near have everything and it came in 2 weeks each time but I wasn’t banking on fast shipping just got lucky also 1 time I had issue and emailed yzy and they where fast responding and sent my merch

I wish I had some info for you man, all I know is that one person I talked to in Germany did get his order after about a month from shipping date … other than that, I don’t have much more info … Hope someone can share more insight

I ordered 2 weeks ago (1 shirt, 1 black dogs hoodie, 1 pod size 2) and I don't know when to expect the package. I see that many people get their orders within a few weeks, yet February orders are still nowhere. I wouldn't care much about the wait time, but considering that the delivery fee is more than half of my order, and it is labeled as priority package, its really annoying to not get what you pay for within a couple of weeks. Sad shit this is
Ordered them February 14th still nothing , Last Update May 20 "Shipment is on its way" but the crazy part is i got tracking number worked for a while then suddenly it just didn't, now the only way i can check my order is the shop app and thats it. (I'm in Hungary,Europe)
The package could have been stolen or lost by the mail carrier and if that’s the case Yeezy can’t do anything about it .. maybe they can refund you if you ask for a refund 🤷🏻♂️
