I just cancelled my order. Now I gotta wait for the refund. So many people made orders in March and the end of February and received their pairs. They sent me an email stating the orders are being shipped in the order they’re received. Which is a lie.

I ended up emailing them yesterday morning nicely asking if they could expedite my 2/11 order of a single pair of pods. They responded letting me know they were sorry but they couldn’t tell me about ship time….but later that afternoon I got my shipping update and tracking number.
Hmmmm🤔🤔 that seems awfully coincidental lol … maybe I’ll email them again asking for an update on my 2/12 order … it had cloths and pods, I got the cloths, just not the pods 🤷🏻♂️
@@LamboAndy Yeah it's worth a shot, I approached it by pushing down my frustration and tried killing them with kindness in the way I asked about it. I just mentioned that I had been seeing people posting their pods being delivered that had order numbers past mine and that I was very excited to get my pair. Got an automated response right away, then a more personalized one like a minute later.

Yea, I got that email initially a few weeks back but the response I got today was laughably bad lol … basically said pods are taking longer than normal but I’ll still get them and to reach out if I have any issues lol like, uhhhh this is my issue, which is why I’m emailing you lololol … it’s pretty bad
I’ve spoke to one person from the EU and they didn’t have any issues … it took a while to ship out, but they got it fairly quickly after with no issues.

Regarding the allegations a couple of days ago I will not be ordering anymore. As a black woman I think there's a responsibility that we have to pay attention to what's going on with him. I understand there are mental issues but what we see especially after the recent allegations is pure racist behavior. Name one person in Kanye's business that stands in the forefront that is black. Dam, I ordered just pods on 2/11 and received those but still waiting on 2/12 pods … I also know other people are waiting on 2/11 pods also so I guess we just have to wait 🤷🏻♂️ .. or cancel the order and buy a pair on StockX, it’s like $60 after fees and you get them in a week or 2 … vs. $20 + $15 shipping so $35 and wait 3-4 months …. I think it’s worth to spend the $60 and be done with it
Well, my order still the same, 2 orders, one with the pods, and the other just with clothes. Both from February. Maybe because I’m from Mexico? Not sure… do you know anything about international shipping? Like maybe because of that is taking this much even for just clothes? 😢😢
As far as international, I’ve only talked to people who had it shipped to Europe, and it seems to be fine … i don’t think it’s because you live in Mexico, I think it’s just because they are very backed up … it may take a few extra days to reach you once it ships out, but it shouldn’t delay anything else … I’m still waiting on a pod order from 2/12 also
ya I am convinced Yeezy might hate me, I dropped over $500 over 2 orders on feb 11. haven't gotten anything other than my confirmation emails, I have tried to email then and again nothing. Finally I get a email thinking my order is on the way but no, apparently my order was " not found in any data base" which is bullshit because I have ordered so many things to my house so idk if Kanye is anti-Canada or just Anti-Me.

As far as the F Adidas, and Black Dogs socks. the quality is 🔥. Similar to Apothecary socks by Seth Fowler. Overall I agree with a lot of your points/facts brò. Ye is a top teir troll 🧌 lol. What cloths did you order ? … I think both the white, and the black vulture pants are back ordered but most other things seem to be shipping quickly … they should send your cloths and then your pods later, that’s what they did for my 2/12 order 🤷🏻♂️ lmk once you hear something

They will partially ship your order, so if you order pods and cloths, they will ship you cloths first and then your pods … I’m still waiting on pods from a 2/12 order, but I got all the cloths from that same order weeks ago 🤷🏻♂️

Well it’s crazy cuz i had pods and cloths, they sent the cloths but not the pods 🤷🏻♂️ .. and the order says “partially shipped” in the Shop app … it’s all just a big mess right now, all we can do is hope it gets better !!
