I got some great news tonight, my February 22 order has finally shipped! I tracked my order to Los Angeles and I’m in Connecticut so who knows when I’ll get it, but hooray!
Agreed!!! The heel is a real problem. I can’t wear these for long and that’s a shame. They need to add more support for the heel and fit for it to stay in place because it strains my heels and claves. Because of those issues I find these shoes to be extremely uncomfortable. I’m a size 10 and purchased a size 2.
Dude okay so I got my pods, size 3, and you weren’t kidding about the sliding OMG I hope they fix that!! And from what you say even if I get a more snug size 2 I won’t see much of a difference huh? Meh, $20 I can’t complain. Oh, the long vultures black tee is so well put together, the material I never imagined would be so sturdy and thick, definitely worth more than $20 the way that things built. And the pants, they will keep me warm in the winter, I’m not wearing those out in the summer heat.
LOL yeah, wish there was just some different ergonomics there. You never know what we’ll see in the future though and could still even be at $20!? But yeah sizing down was the wrong move I feel at the end of the day, but it highlights what a major difference it could make if that one issue was addressed. I’m excited for my hoodie and two pairs of the lank pants that should be here this weekend! Can’t wait to turn them into shorts so I can try to rock them in the summer haha.
I think the cheapest option would be an elastic band that attaches to the front of the rear pod and extends to the back heel inside the sock. That should keep the pod in place.
Im a TTS on brannock 10, almost and E, so naturally went with a side 2. It fits perfect, just some heel slippage in my right shoe (I’m pretty sure it’s a ME thing with my foot). I was hoping to have mine part of the Italy pair, but mine is Chinese - ordered feb. THEY HAVE RIPPED and basically go up like dress socks up to my knees… I’m kind disappointed but whatever. They are different, like the knit runners.
Sorry about the rip, Italy pair on my right foot ripped the first time I ever tried putting them on. I have a few videos on that area but there’s definitely some quality control issues as my left Italy pod to this day is still in perfect condition. But yeah, you’re not alone with those heel issues. They’re still incredible to walk in but yeah, my size 3’s only saving grace is that less noticeable heel issue but the size 2 even for my size 12 foot is a more preferable overall fit and walking experience, IF only that feeling lasted more than three steps before the heel issues kicked in 🥲
Yeah, that’s what I’m thinking. But solving that toe issue was huge! Think I could walk more in the size 3 without as much discomfort as the size 2 based on toe vs. heel comfort.
That’s how I was beginning to feel. I’ve had some merch orders with one-day shipping but the Pods are just all over the place when it comes to fulfillment.
It’s production side. There’s never been an option for the consumer. There may be a few cases of people getting updated Italy tags but at the moment, you’re very likely to get a China pair.
Have you got a shipping notification yet? Because I wonder if people’s orders are sitting in a facility in Whittier Ca, waiting for usps pickup like my hoodie.

Their sizing is just fucked. Even with the China pair. I mean, half the team seems to have been fired this week, maybe it can only mean better things idk. 🤷
Man I got both like you and the China pair is awful, totally different everything, it’s a cheaper sock and fits so loose. Glue stains on upper, sizing….the China pair reminds me of a soccer sock
Yeah, the stitching is a bit sketchy. Funny, I would wear my Italy pair with soccer socks for that legging look. Still hope we get longer version like that but I need my heel support haha
Omg the made in China pods are so sub par to the made in Italy 😢 they are way tighter and narrowing the sock and also length. The quality is just off. Disappointing….
Exactly! Hoping the next version of the pods shows improvement. There’s so much potential here. Just a few things addressed would make a really fun shoe, pod, whatever you call these haha
