Naitik is sad as he does not get to spend quality time with Akshara ever since the arrival of their son. Vishambharnath gets angry when Rajshri nags him about Akshara's visit. Varsha arranges a Valentine's day surprise for Rajshri and Vishambharnath. Gayatri and Akshara go to the hospital for the baby's vaccination. Akshara tells Gayatri that she had seen Mohit and Nandini coming out of the Gynecologist's office. Gayatri and Babhima assume that Nandini is pregnant. Naitik makes Valentine's day plans to surprise Akshara. Akshara is upset with Naitik for missing the appointment for their son's vaccination.
