True when we want to sell they offer max 1.5 cr for 300 sqm plot in sec 18 but when we want to buy they offer 2 -2.5 cr. Don't buy unregistered resale plots in yeida from these guys.

please make a video on the toll charges which are now forcefully taken at yamuna expressway exit 2 near galgotia university while going from noida to jaypee sports city and sectors like 17, 22, 25, 18, 20 . Even the flat owners of jaypee sports city township are forced to pay toll of 30 rs. if there is no free movement to the sectors of yeida from yamuna expressway, how this area will be developed
One doubt ye agriculture plot jo authority lagayi vilaage ke pass sabka wo konsa plot hai ? 7% wale hai ?? And these are fully agriculture ya kisan bech sakta hai isko ?? Agar bechega too ye to agriculture land too es land pe too kuchh work karwa bhi nahi sakye .right ?
Pan india me koi bhi ese bhar sakta hai form ?? Ya bas yamuna ke aas pass ke kisan hi bhar sakte hai ?? Aur eligibility kya rhega lower cast or middle cast ??
Mark my words, even if the Airport is functional today...it will take a full 7-8 yrs for a Full operational Airport..and then another 7-8 yrs for end user's residential use.. So overall, it's like 14-15 yrs in total for it to become like Noida sectors that are close to Delhi.. (Understand there's a lot of vacant sectors in Noida abhi toh, fir bahut ssare Towers me koi Buyers nhi hn, poori India thodi Noida/Greater Noida me ghar le rhi.. Noida vgrh se bada market Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Kolkata, Bangalore, Pune, Ahmedabad, etc hain jahan ghar log lete hn bhai..)
