It seriously feels like he's becoming even lyrically better throughout the years. While he already was a lyrical genius. Just look what he did on Music to be Murdered By. Simply showcasing how good he still is. He also has done so many different styles, flows, beats.. he's insane.

@@Hieillua I'd have to agree with that, I've noticed a very distinct and steady upturn in the quality of his music he's put out over the last 10 years since Relapse dropped after a 5 year hiatus. Funny thing is he was largely written off by his fans and casuals alike when Revival dropped and that's just sad to me. Not only do people make themselves look simple when parroting the generalized opinions they hear online but they've all been incredibly wrong about the album as a whole. If you think about it, Em agreed that he wasn't at his best when working on Relapse but he's stood steadfast by Revival from day 1. Sure he's admitted to the pain that hit when he put his heart and soul into a record that was beat to shit by media, critics and fans alike but never once agreed he could've done better. One day people are gonna finally see what they shit the bed on and it's gonna make them feel stupid.

I think it was Relapse with all the accents, that was the worst of the albums he put out, but it's still okay with some very good tracks on it as well. I made a playlist of a lot of great eminem tracks and that album still has a lot to offer, still plenty of tracks without weird accents. People also freak out too much. Eminem always puts out 10's and 9's. I still don't get the hate for Encore for example. Sure, it was a step down from The Eminem Show, but it's still a great album with a lot of great tracks on it.

Billy Peterson Relapse is my number one album from him or anyone else. Few would agree, but I can't get over that album. MTBMB is a second personally. Revival is his worst in recent memory, but it's still a great album, and Walk On Water is over hated. Shame that most of what you said is 100% accurate.

All these rappers try to take cues from Em. He did absolutely uptick since relapse. That's why some rap music is amazing simply bc of Em. You can tell which have gathered inspiration from Em, like Yelawolf and NF. Things just gonna get better and blow up the scene like back when Em started. My 2 cents.

Sometimes I wonder what people are thinking when they listen to this song.. like how can anyone not believe after hearing this?
