Listen to his Trial by Fire album album and you will realize he's elite status. I'm not gonna lie though, but I can't dig his other albums as much. But that's just me. I really like that album bc you can tell he really took time to craft every line.
Okay, well Love Story was good, too, I wouldn't say Elite status. Elite are very few albums ever in Hip Hop. And Trial by Fire's writing is so much more dense than Love Story. Honestly I liked all the freestyles better then the songs on the album I would have been happier buying the freestyles instead of the album. It was okay but was a little disappointed

The only thing Dre did for Eminem was open the door for him and Eminem hit the ground running. Heck! Dre was the one holding Em back because he was on fire. He wrote most of Dre's lyrics, now that's a hard working dude. the problem Eminem has is he is too big, what i mean by that is no matter how much he promotes his artists, people tend to focus on him, so it then looks like he isn't
