Wouldn't it be useful to set yourself free on the fretboard by calling it B instead of G with a capoon 4, F#/Gb instead of D with a capo on 4, E instead of capo 4, and then G#m instead of capo 4 Em? I get it means chord shapes, but those aren't the notes
You play below the capo if that makes sense. Everything gets pushed up. So you play D on the sixth and seventh fret instead of the second and third since the capo is on the fourth fret
