I am a 49 y/o retired US Army officer who spent over a decade as a Ranger, doing what Rangers do. I cowboyed all through my youth and lived on a working ranch with over 500 head of cattle. I was blown up in 2008 and spent a little over 6 months in a coma. I spend my time now doing rehab and adoring my wife who has been by my side every single day since I was medically evacuated out of theater. Thank you for what you do, caring for animals.

I just wanted to add, what you do is amazing helping animals, but you also help me too, my son died and I always watch tour channel in bed so it’s the last thing to think of before sleeping because I suffer with flashbacks of my sons passing that this calms me and distracts me it’s now 5.30 am uk time and I’ve woken up so here I am again. I am a 50yr old married mom of three. Been married to my high-school sweetheart for 33 yrs this past January. I've pretty much always been a "housewife" raising the kids and doing the thing that housewives and mom's do. I've never had cows but I've had other farm animals for most of my life. My main focus was breeding chickens but quality birds, not just mutt birds, lol. That came to a screaching hault in July of 2019, when my life changed forever. My first born child, my son, died in a tragic drowning accident. Since then, finding any sort of joy has been very VERY difficult. I've survived Cancer, Diabetes, and all sorts of life problems and illnesses, but losing him isn't something I can survive...it's something that I'm forced to live with. There's not a choice and as someone who has always been the one to try and "fix" things, it's incredibly painful that I can't fix this. I don't know how I stumbled across your channel but I'm glad I did. It gives me a respite or a sort of light that helps me through the daily grief. I have what's called "complicated grief", meaning I can't, even five years later, face the fact that my son is gone forever. It's really hard and so utterly devastating but I'm grateful for you, your channel, and the absolute incredible beauty of your homeland. If I were a wealthy woman, I'd move my whole family there. Thank you for all that you do. As I've said before, you're putting smiles on faces all across the world just being yourself and sharing what you do for a living. My early life was farm life.. my grandfather was a farrier/blacksmith who also did cows hooves.... if he was alive he just would not believe the machines you now have.. his machines were legs to hold the hooves, and hands to hold the knives.. no electricity, and very bent over back..if any of us as kids were with him, we would get to hold the animal.... haha

Im 25, worked in retail for the last few years though currently on hard times in between jobs. Florida USA is where i live, and i found your channel maybe 2ish years ago. At first ot was just a recommendation in my feed because i had watched a few horse trimmer videos and i thought "what the heck, ill check this out looks pretty interesting." I was mildly grossed out cause it was one of the infected ones and i didnt know what was going on lol, but afterwards i wanted to watch more and more, i enjoyed listening to your explanations of the issues and how you fixed them.
