Hello my lovelies …. What’s your favorite colored Gymchalk ? I think mine is blue .. or that purple that we all love !!!!
Lately I’ve been dealing with some back pain, even went to the hospital for it.. I have an appointment coming up with an orthopedic surgeon so he can explain what’s going on better..: and see what the next step are…. I don’t like taking pain pills but I can barely walk, I have pain that radiates down my legs and thighs … sciatica .. have you heard of it? Do you deal with back pain ? Do you deal with any pain? I’m sorry if you do, I’ll pray for us all .. love you 🥰

This is an awesome crush!! I'm so sorry you're hurting. I worked pain management for a couple of years, and sciatica is no joke. It's made the strongest of people cry in pain. I hope the pain subsides soon, and I hope they can help you and get you some solid long-term relief.

I most definitely deal with back pain . I’ve had 2 epidurals gave birth twice & the second one was pointless because I ended up pushing her out natural . As far as my favorite color gym chalk really any color but blue and purple I feel like it’s over used.

Sciatica is so painful!!! I use a back brace to help. I also have gotten relief from heat patches for the back. I've also realized that when I'm stressed financially back pain flares up. Once i realize that's what's going on it goes away. Our bodies have the ability to express pain with respect to things that are happening in our lives. Google metaphysical reasons for lower back pain, etc. I pray for good things for you and that the pain leaves your body.

@@asmr_pocahontas, you are so welcomed!!! Also, grounding helps as well. You can grab a yoga mat or blanket and just lay on it on the grass or ground outside. I've noticed less pain a day or two after just relaxing outside on a blanket on the ground.
