I'm 6 even, plenty roomy for me. It's just really heavy, that is the one thing I don't like. On the road and rolling it's fine. I don't love it, but it enables me to ride and not be in pain.

On most bikes, the shift pattern in one click down into first, then up to go into 3rd, 4th, 5th and so on. Pressing down on the heel portion is the same as clicking up with your toe.

My employer asked that I stop. I just don't have much interest anymore.

They probably are unaware.
