Harper did most of the guitar work on this album f you read the linear notes in Lights and Sounds including the original HWD solo which was WAY better then Mendez's version.

Shame it cuts out the end but awesome performance. 1 of my fav from lights and sounds and dope guitar work from Mendez!

lights and sounds is about that as well. its about how they were mislead to coming to LA and found out its not how they thought it would be

agree, but not all theis songs have solos, 4 example, ocean avenue is one of their greatests songs and it doensn't even hace a solo and it makes you want o turn up the volume and sing along

It's because Ben Harper was the original guitarist in this song, but Ryan Mendez , the guitarist in this performance, improved it when he joined, plus Ben Harper is da poopy compared to Mendez.

i'd rather if there wasn't any solo kinda gives me the feeling of liking just another rock/pop band i personally don't think every band should follow this "logic" line 4 example, blindside is a great rock band without solos, u know? but it's personal opinion, it changes to people =D
