The man is a musical legend! The sheer amount of shit he’s been through is amazing and he’s still got all that energy at his age. He never let any of it stop him from making music!

Had the privileged of working with the legend himself the other day for a Bouncing Souls show. They were 2 hours late. Showed up just before their set time, got on stage and performed. No soundcheck. No gear check. Yellowman and his band just got up on stage and started playing. Miraculously with zero issues. Very few can do that today (in a professional venue setting), a true performer and talented artist.

King Yellowman makes me going since 1985, I'm still going by his side.

I give much respect to this icon. Most artists wouldn’t be on stage after having a disfiguring surgery. ( he has gone through so much more) -You’re an inspiration sir. Actually, I wasn’t the one supposed to take him back to the airport but, he requested me by name. Lol. Anyway, it was an honor to meet and hang with him for that little time.
