"What's the rule about fighting, Lloyd? God damn you for making me do this." Rip must've really hated doing thst. Lloyd was the one who branded him after all.
Well not just that. Look at their history. Rip and Lloyd have been friends since Rip came onto the ranch 25 years at least. They are basically inseparable. And Lloyds been on the ranch for 30. Im sure Lloyd was the main ranchhand and then passed the torch to Rip as he got older. That is a strong bond between two men. You see that when Rip goes into the ring. He hugs him and says He loves him.
Rip lied. He took it easy on him. Dutton knew it, Casey knew it. It had to happen to legitimize Casey. It's all good. Dutton rewarded him for it, with all the fervor and love of a father. Rip deserved his reward, despite the fact he never felt deserving of anything.
I like that after the Fred fight all was forgiven and Lloyd even was nice enough to take Fred to the train station. Awfully nice of them to do that. Always wondered what happened to Fred 😂😂😂
One thing you've got to like about Rip and John Dutton. They enter the room, they OWN that room. They don't need to say a thing. Defy this Alpha male at your own peril.
Fred was a bully and even if Jimmy lost he never backed down, he had backbone and him taking the blame was honestly admirable; but Rip knew that Jimmy wasn’t the one who started it and so did Lloyd they don’t take any BS
Man seeing Rip beat up his best friend really says something because 1. Lloyd broke the main rule about in the Yellowstone no fighting on the Dutton ranch 2. Lloyd nearly tried to kill walker but at then end both Lloyd and walker work things out together. 15:13
Yes!!! I started watching from beginning just as season 3 or 4 was being aired and binge watched, couldn't stop. This was after being introduced to 1883 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
I personally hated when they let those girls just move in like that. It killed the whole vibe. Nothing like but loud mouth women. The only reason the did it was for views of having some trashy women on the show.
Kayce beating Rip is so UNBELIEVABLE I can't understand why John would even ask Rip to LET him. Rip took out 4 assassins, and a bullet saving Beth.... and Kayce beat him up? Yeah... okay. 😅😂😅😂
If this was a live or death fight, probably Kayce would kill Rip in a fight, but this was a fight just to get respect, thats why there is no lethal moves, well except Rip who literally slammed and eye gouged Kayce
Wow, putting aside the blatant misogyny in the comment above. Its because Lloyd threw the first punch, and the rule is "no fighting". Also cause he was kicking his ass, and people have a natural inclination to stop the giy whos winning cause hes the one doing damage.
@@aidenharper6013The comment wasn’t wrong, he didn’t say all women were gashes but all gashes are women, and she was one. If a hotter cowboy came she’d fuxk him and leave walker alone.
I really wish john woulda stepped in i know ot works better with rip but man what kinda beast must john dutton be if hes willing to step in at his age after all the bull hes been through just to show whos name that ranch is under
There's some DAMN good stunt punches in this show! Not a single time where I noticed someone obviously miss, or fail to sell a hit they took themselves...
@SickSilckMan Sheridan claims Hauser copied his coffee company down to the design of the brand. These two prove that apparently anyone with no coffee experience can have a coffee brand.
It describes very well the meme "why men die earlier than women." I've been watching the 5 seasons for two weeks in a row - please, come up with a new one soon because I can shut the TV sound off already, I know all the lines.
As much as I'm sad that yellowstone is coming to an end this year, but at least I had a good time with this series, at least it will have a happy ending.
I still feel bad for Lloyd when he got punched by Rip and then got thrown across the table. He's just an old man who was upset. And then later on when Rip broke his hand just man, I felt so bad he didn't deserve any of that.
Curious, do cowboys on ranches really brand themselves? And are they this protective and crazy 😂 they said Yellowstone incorporated truth into their show on how the ranchers are. I love it. But I’m curious.
Actually, my best friend and I knew each other from school and football practice but got to know each other better due to a fight. I won't go into details, but he was a big bully type. You might say there was saw dust on the dance floor, the band was playing, and I had no other choice. I had just moved to a big city from a small town, he took something that was mine, something I worked many hours to purchase. He two friends with him, and the only friend I had met since moving, ran away. I never once punched, or kicked, I defended, dodged, and roper doped. He got one lucky shot and broke my finger. He saw me wince, and said, if you don't want more you better leave. I said, not without he stole. He was silent for a sec and threw my item at me. I had what was mine and walked away. Later he came by my work and didn't apologize, just asked if I would dislike and be angry with him forever. I said, I haven't given it any thought. He invited me to a party, and I at first thought it was a set up. but it wasn't and had my back always. This big brute turned out to be human. This was 1969 and my old friend died ten years ago September. Never carry bitterness, resentment, anger, or hate to the grave. Sometimes in life we have to get in the ring and take our chances. My old friend was always hot or cold, never lukewarm. I'm sorry, I should delete this, but I went on to long to not. Sometimes our old foes can befriend our most trusted friend. Yall take care.
