Yellowstone is every traveler's dream. It was at the top of the bucket list for me and my family. We where there in may 2022. In the video I take you to the world's most astonishing geological sights in the Wild West of America, where the bison, bears, wolves and moose roam among the geysers and hot springs. As of June 2022, Yellowstone has been hit by major nature disaster, but in this video you still see quite the opposite: a tranquil spring time where the animals come out of hibernation to feel the sun. The earth lives here like nowhere else. Let's hope we can enjoy the beauty of Yellowstone again soon.
In previous episodes you saw us traveling through the states of Florida, Nevada, Arizona and Utah. In this episode, you'll see the most beautiful places in Idaho, Wyoming and Montana. We also visit Grand Teton and Glacier National Park on this epic RV road trip.
This year we travel all over the world and after the Canary Islands, Oman, Cape Verde, Martinique, Saint Lucia, Tobago and Grenada, Florida and the Bahamas, the Wild West of the US is our tenth destination. Follow us on this world tour, first in the United States and then to many more beautiful destinations! After this we also visit Mexico, Ecuador, the Galapagos Islands and much more! Thanks Road Tripper! It was a very cool experience to be in the snow all of a sudden. Our trip around the world was mostly in tropical places, islands and deserts. The mountains and the snow were a nice change of scenery! Have you seen the episodes in Florida and Nevada/Utah? We loved the road trips in USA. Happy travels and cheers from the family. 😁🤙🏻

The "lonely male grizzly" at the 10:10 mark is a cinnamon black bear. The bears at the 10:53 mark are grizzlies. Nice video.

Just a word of caution for future trips...unless you had a valid permit...it is ILLEGAL to fly drones in our National Parks. "Penalties for flying drone in national parks... If you are caught flying your drone inside any National Park area without a valid permit or permission from the park superintendent, you might face up to six months in jail and/or up-to $5000 in fines."

Thanks Bruin! We found this out through a ranger. In this video we only flew in one spot that wasn't aloud and we came off with a warning. Because we travel a lot with the drone we don't always have time and internet to know the restrictions but luckily this ranger was super nice. It was no problem and we had a nice conversation about this. He was pleased that I do fly very cautious 😅🙏 thanks for the heads up and cheers!

I loved this video! I’m planning to do a similar road trip in August and I can’t wait, but where did you park overnight with the van? Did you pay fees? Is there an app to find safe spots?

Hi Micol, thanks for the compliments! Have you seen the other video in Utah? We made two road trips first from Vegas to Salt Lake 😁👍🏻 really enjoyed both and we still consider this particular video one of the absolute highlights in the 1,5 year that we are traveling now. We parked and slept about everywhere.. there isn’t really an app, but parking lots, rest stops and sometimes just next to a playground for Jens, like you see in the video. In the parks we sometimes put the fee in the box when nobody was there (out of season) and sometimes we drove in at night and just found a parking lot there too, when campsites were full. We didn’t really plan all this and it turned out to be safe and easy. Enjoy your trip in August and cheers 😁👍🏻

I might have missed it but what time of year was this. I did Utah last year would like to do glacier Teton and Yellowstone. I like the fringe seasons but don’t want to run into to much snow where they close it

Haha that’s a common mistake. They have both. And we saw a lot of both of them 😁 it’s the only place in the entire world that has both crocodiles and alligators 😍
