Yes west LA is more proper residential buildings not too much ghetto but its fair share along with nice neighborhoods that like they mention don't meant it ain't active. Like being from south central its not all residential, its in the mix basically all ghetto then non residentials, and alot of ghettos houses obviously but more complexes and gutter shit. North LA is even more proper then West LA, east LA is really residential and semi separated because of past segregation more or less and culture like SC used to be filled with blacks now its full of Mexicans and all the blacks moved down to the jungles and deeper in south LA till you bet to watts long Beach Compton. Which are considered they own but an outsider or if you leave Cali, it's All LA
