@@shadowkhiz7455 No, thats not fun. But beating an enemy for 5 consecutive minutes for it to only tickle their health is absurd. Not enjoyable, not immersive, and most importantly, not fun. I’m okay with that in games where it makes sense to have that mechanic however; gotham knights does not mix well with that mechanic. There is a reason this game has very low review scores. You can enjoy the game and everything about it, but that does not mean the games isn’t absolute crap.

People comparing it to the Arkham games is one of the issues. When a game (i.e. Arkham Knight) is claimed to be a "masterpiece" then how exactly can any other game top it? What's also funny is that before GK even came out there were people that were vocal about issues that Arkham Knight had (issues very similar to GK no less): - Jason being the Knight was too obvious. - Catching Riddler was tedious - The Batmobile wasn't all that great - Nightwing DLC was too short - Nightwing getting nerfed/killed easily by Penguin ... And so on, buuuut right when GK makes its debut, *all of a sudden* Arkham Knight is the Holy Grail with no issues to be spoken of and GK is full to the brim with problems. Plus, many many people love Batman compared to the numbers of those who love Nightwing and Red Hood etc. Of course GK doesn't really compare, but that's because its an entirely different universe made by a different group in DC, they're not like Rocksteady. I don't know how good WB Montreal is a company but it looks like they tried to make a decent game for many players to enjoy and not stray too far from how the characters are. I think they've succeeded in that at least.

@@Kdawg4859 honestly though, you can build a pc that destroys Xbox for $1500. If you did Uber eats or DoorDash or both, you can make that in 1 week working every day. It’s doable in the USA. You may need to drive to the nearest city and work there cuz more people = more orders.

Honestly I enjoy it. It’s not better than any of the Arkham games, but it’s alright it has fun aspects about it. I’ll probably spend the next week going through and playing it before returning it. Definitely not worth the $70.00 I spent but if it were $35-$40 now we’re getting to a reasonable price range

I feel like there's a lot who'd agree with this. I personally haven't experienced those frame issues everyone else is having. Everyone who has played it, who isnt a youtuber or critic, seem to really like it. I think this is an example of critics making a game seem worse than it is. I guarantee in a few months everyone who hated on it is gonna say it's underrated and good just like what they did with arkham knight and arkham orgins.

@@filletkabob1916 I hated odyssey, personally I wasn’t even into that time period or the world building so there was no way I was gonna last grinding in that game. However I love Batman everything and I really like the concept of “night missions” how much can you do for the city each night you go out. So it doesn’t feel that Grindy since I enjoy the idea of it idk

Yeah, I'm sorry but, 50€ is definitely too much for this game. I don't how you can justify this game for that money, i would say this game is max 10€ at best. Nothing in this game is really interesting or good to even come close to that price tag.

i get like 40-50fps on medium, it crashes like 3 times during 4 hours and the visual glitches if you grapple too fast..... if they can fix these issues then im perfectly fine with the game
