it's so sad seeing people call fantasy life a farming sim game, that game is a gem on 3ds. the farmer life is actually a new addition that wasn't even in the original game at all.

Considering the legal issues with the soundtrack, I'm not surprised at all it ain't coming to the west (after all, that is the big reason Sonic 3 hasn't been re released with the original soundtrack in tact), kinda sad but at least we have that incredible translation.

@@marcrics Let's just say that the copyright for the music for mother 3 is so expensive, nintendo wouldn't risk it. It doesn't apply to japan coz laws are different between countries.

It didn't quite deliver on the promise back in the day, but it's still a good game and I have a sweet spot for it. Really hoped they fixed the freaking horrendous camera...

I played the epic mickey demo on my Xbox 360 as a kid and never actually got to play it, so buying rebrushed will essentially be fulfilling a childhood dream of mine.

Surprisingly, if i recall, MHS1 was pretty big for the 3DS, like most MH games on portable consoles. It's just MHS2 was just expanded on visually and with bigger areas. It's still a fun time and with the possibility of the DLC added to it on default in some way: it might be the definitive way to play it.

I think the biggest thing that might trip people up is that even though it uses the same rock/paper/scissors system as the sequel, the monsters can suddenly switch to a different style without any warning or visual cue they've changed.

Penny’s Big Breakaway looks great. Also happy for the Star Wars Battlefront and Pocket Card Jockey coming to switch. All in all it was a Switch Partner Showcase, some fun smaller announcements

Battlefront 1 & 2 on switch? Epic Mickey remake? Killer Instinct and Battletoads? A new Endless Ocean? I went into this with no expectations and came out shocked with how much I’m excited for. I’m sure plenty will complain about this direct but y’all need to stop thinking every direct will be tailored to your specific interests.

I know there were better games but I really like the ocean one because it's like the relaxing version of Subnautica and we don't have many games that you just relax and vibe to without worry.

I thought that Direct was very good. Could fit easy in a direct where the Switch was 3 years old. SOlid announcements, great games, shadowdrops, Demos...hm. I am very happy:) Of course i want a Switch 2 as well, but that Direct was great:)

Please play the Monster Hunter Stories series Choc! It’s actually really hard, especially the final boss, where I had to train an extra 10 levels to beat it. I recommend the Japanese dub(for a better Navirou)

@Jadededalus I think it fine to voice your upset it hasn't been localized, I mean, just look at everyone being sad Mother 3 was announced as Japan only again. Just keep in mind that there's generally more to a product than just the system it is on.
