Met him once, never said I knew who he was, just two guys getting through the crowd. He was just a friendly guy minding his own business and smiling. Good guy.
luscent 3737, about 30 years ago, he was making a movie in Atlanta. At the end of the day, when they wrapped, he stuck around for 2 hours signing autographs and taking photos with fans. Super great guy!
Chuck Norris is awesome! Yes he's a great figher and actor, but my favorite thing about Chuck is how he's helped so many kids in school and against drug pier pressure through his martial arts. He's been such a great teacher for them. I support Kickstart Kids 100 percent. As Chuck says, today's youth are tomorrow's leaders and they deserve a healthy and productive lifestyle.
Hoho Koko He wanted to give a delightful show. Some of these clowns have the HONOR of saying they lost their lives to a Chuck Norris jump kick. That's an honor no mere mortal DESERVES, Hoho Koko. They should be grateful.
Still, for an 81 year old, Chuck is someone I still wouldn’t pick a fight with. A 6 time karate champion. A wise man knows when not to mess with a badass! Especially Chuck Norris!
and he really hung with bruce lee in a skirmish after making "Way of the Dragon"....i still wouldnt mess with this man if he rolled up in a wheel chair lol👍🏿thanks for sharing!👍🏿
Chuck Norris grabs big mans finger with his right hand, but when he brings him down hes holding big mans finger with his left hand. How is this possible...because he is Chuck Norris.
while it's true that most of badass stuff he does that defies logic isn't real, he DID master like, three different martial arts AND create one, and he DID serve in the military. so he actually is kind of a badass in real life.
But if he had a blood transfusion with the blood of little girl Jesse-Jane McParland, he would no longer be the weakest man in the world but the runner up strongest in the world. And he could also become a true world champion in martial arts.
When I got into law enforcement our defensive tactics instructor was a little guy, maybe 5'3 or so, 7th degree black belt, goes to Japan every year for more training. This guy did some demos for us, and to us, and I'm telling you, the guy reminded me a lot of Chuck Norris. You see someone in real life with that level of training doing real things or in our cases, they did some of the grappling, submission moves TO us, and it's amazing how you see someone get compliance by grabbing a finger, a pressure point. The finger trick is my favorite, I've used it and it works like a damn charm when properly applied.
The reverse spinning horizontal back strike, punching methods, and short, inside powerful kicks are all part of Chuck's repoirtoire he used to kick ass in the ring. Chuck is an extremely tough proven championship fighter. I have personally known several. God Bless, Chuck.
That is not Chuck it is Chip Wright who does his stunt doubling and in Walker Texas Ranger. He always did the jump spinning wheel kick when Chuck got older. Chuck can still do it but probably chooses not to at his age as he might get injured quicker and is less flexible. I know Chuck very well and my instructor's instructor trained with him under the same Tang Soo Do Association.
I attended the Chuck Norris karate school in Norfolk Va in the early 80's while stationed at the Naval base. Missed meeting him by a couple of days. Had to deploy when he came into town to test one of his 2nd degree instructors. His discipline is Tang Soo Do (or Doo). Basically when you block a kick or punch, you knock the shit out of them while blocking. Defense turns into offense kind of thing. Loved it. Actually bought a pair of the "Chuck Norris Action Jeans". Had an elastic crotch so you could do those kicks easier. They were stolen. Good memories.
Chuck Norris is a six time undefeated world champion. The training Chuck did in his prime was insane and to still be able to these moves at 59 and beyond says how tough he really is. Martial arts teaches you to hold in your emotions but that does not mean in a real fight he wouldn't kick your ass. Bruce Lees legend sometimes overshadows the facts, the facts are that Chuck had height, reach, and an weight advantage and would most likely win a real fight.
Plus he's the last disciple in a line that goes back to the legendary Ip Man, who taught Bruce Lee. Bruce, of course, taught Chuck. In some ways it's a pity Chuck hasn't taken a disciple.
Once when I was swimming in the ocean, I was scared shitless when I thought I saw Chuck Norris in the water ! You can imagine my relief when I saw it was only a great white shark !
Now that's a true master of martial arts. Preferring to avoid fighting, but knowing that sometimes you might not be able to avoid fighting and when you do fight, not going out of your way to be nasty because you understand there could be consequences if you get too nasty.
When you worked with Bruce Lee, Jean Claude Van Damme and Other Top Martial Artists in History in Real Life you are the Real Deal. In the United States Air Force 1958-1962 15th Air Force 22d Bombardment Group 452d Troop Carrier Wing Airman First Class . That's what Chuck Norris is. Chuck Norris and Jean Claude Van Damme like Bruce Lee are the Real Deal not just Actors. Chuck Norris is also a humble God fearing Christian man too.
Lou Ferigno said Chuck is the fittest man he ever worked out with and that he couldn't keep up with him. Chuck's resting pulse rate was 36 at one time!
If my math is right, Chuck was 63 at the time of this filming. And if that's Chuck himself executing that beautiful jump spinning kick @ 2:48 and not a fight double then, the man is even more awesome than we think he is already;.
MARTIAL ARTS , IS NOT ABOUT BEING A TOUGH GUY 24/7.!!!.ITS ABOUT HAVING THE ABILITY TO DEFEND YOURSELF & LOVE ONES WHEN NECESSARY ONLY. .!!!.AND TO LIVE IN PEACE.!!.👦👍💖💕👍..
I've heard some people say Chuck didn't do his own stunts in this clip, which is true. If he did, those guys would be dead, and that wouldn't have went over well for the company that produced the show.
+Comickid15 if he did actually round house kick the guy he would have either exploded on contact or at this very moment he would still be hurtling through space and time...>_>...

I always thought the spinning kick was too nice to be done by norris. if you see norris actually doing that kick in all his movies it's really different (not very agile)
Nah. He's too nice to kick an animal. More likely the cow expects him by schedule, milks herself. The milk is mysteriously churned by the time he's there to collect it.
Jackie chan would have been jealous if he sat in the back of the bar bcs of the fact its his passion doing this kind of thing but 10 years ago he played with Sylvester Stallone in the expendables 2. And 50 years ago he played with Bruce Lee in the way of the dragon. How amazing that he is still alive.
The name of Chuck Norris will forever remain as a legacy of integrity, hard work and for someone who has maximised his ability and created something that will last a long time after he has passed. He was absolutely ahead of his time. He was throwing impressive kicking combinations in the mid 1960's before the likes of Bill Wallace was knocking guys out with the same kicks. He developed a martial arts system that inspired and taught multiple generations. I appreciate this clip is thirteen years old but as the clip portrays Chuck Norris the actor isn't Chuck Norris the man. He is still uploading similar videos to this day. It creates a false narrative for anybody who may encounter violence, that they have to defend themselves against a perpetrator. All human beings have a shelf life, irrespective of the job that they do. Thank you
God was originally planning on taking a month to create the Universe. Chuck Norris gave him a week. He finished it in six days just to be on the safe side.
I realize this statement was not intended for anything more than fun. GOD doesn't change his plan for anyone or anything. Please be careful how you word a statement about GOD. IT COULD BE BLASPHEMY. That's the unforgivable sin. Taking the mark of the beast is also blasphemy . Not that it was brought up in your statement. My point is please be careful when putting GOD IN ANY STATEMENT. PLEASE.
There is no God, there is no plan, there is no blasphemy, there is no sin, there is no beast. God is a creation of men used as a tool to control other men. Now I understand that people need hope, love and faith to remain mentally healthy. But those three things can be pure, they do not need to be flavored by fiction. The Church has a history of change, which it shouldn't have. The word of God is absolute right? So why does the Church keep amending its policies and still insist they're the word of God? Did God change his mind? No, they say it's a "misinterpretation of scripture". Scripture that was written by, you guessed it, MEN. Please wake up, take the red pill. It's all bullshit darling.
Okay, lets be real. Even if Chuck in the movies and facts is better... in real life, he is still a master martial artist and could kick 90% of the populations ass in a fight....
RaDDx1993 I meant in a one on one fight, not him fighting all 90% at once -_- He really is one of the most powerful men in the world and an elite in Martial Arts.
RaDDx1993 Durrr, of course it's just jokes. But he's still a powerful martial artist. Even though he is now a bit old. And yes, many younger more powerful guys exist, but if you look at the world's population, there shouldn't be more than 10% of people (which is still millions of people mind you) that'd be able to beat him Even if you put all Professional fighters together, they wouldn't make up 10% of the world -_- And there are still lots of fighters that he'd be able to beat. I didn't say Chuck could beat 90% of fighters (though he probably could, since he'd still be an elite fighter that'd be hard to beat).
RaDDx1993 You realize saying that he could beat 90% of the population means that around 740,497,678 people would be able to beat him, right? And truthfully, that number of people being able to beat Chuck maybe over stating things. But elite fighters are a minority in this world.
RaDDx1993 Why would I be stupid just cause I think that 90% of the population is weaker than Chuck Norris? Most people don't work out as hard as him or master martial arts to his level or also have his experience (and it's all those factors). Frankly, the people you mentioned don't even fit 1% of the population. Your just acting like an idiot and using insults cause you don't have anything to back up that I'm wrong.
RaDDx1993 Yes, just call me an idiot cause you aren't smart enough to use reason for a comment that has some truth, but was also not meant to be taken literal either... Please grow some brain cells and come back...
old post but my comment :Why would the good guys fight each other?A house divided can't stand.Atifa is now the threat and are organized. When good men don't respond to evil then it will prevail.
