Bosch W5DPO Plugs are the best for the PG block, make sure the CO Pot is calibrated correctly, also the vaccum line from the ECU is exactly 1 meter in length and the correct bore. Fuel pump wont be audible priming on ignition. Change the internal G-Lader belt. Loving this video!
Yep, man, Have a G60 in Australia came over with me in 2008 now a big project 4-wheel drive and building a VW 18T Stroka Motor running the G60 Charger on it, Has a standalone ECU for the Engine and one for the 4-wheel drive, Runs GT1 mk6 front brakes alloy hubs 5 x112 PDC BBS wheels list goes on and on. Good to find low mileage car, Your Sunroof my not work, and the door handles are not good, mine had to bother with the O2 wiring due to brake fluid spiling on the wiring and the block connector ABS unit will be locked up not a good unit. A company in the UK does them seen them on Wheeler Dealers when Edd takes on a Corrado. Good luck Mate
@@VisionAutoworksUK If you can find one, the Passat B3/B4 sunroof is a direct fit and is glass rather than the metal type, also seem to be built stronger and less chance of failing, I think the Mk3 Golf one might fit as well but I'm not 100% on that, but I fitted the Passat one in my VR6 and it was a straight swap.
If you can find a copy of -Volkswagen Corrado Official Factory Repair Manual by Robert Bentley. i am sure you will find it helpful nay invaluable .My copy cost me £95 in 1995 when I purchased my vr6 STORM ; WHICH I STILL HAVE.
Niceee my mate had one of these!! The super charger shattered onit... Then he rebuilt it an went about destroying the car.... Sprayed it Matt black then sold it for under a grand 🤣 another mate had a edition 1 g6p gold with a 235bhp 1.8t... stripped that... Scrapped the shell an then proceeded to destroy an golf Rallye (it had a vr6 an sounded nuts) he wanted to 1.8t it a haldex swap it .... What he ended up doing was spending loads of money on it... Then sold it cheap as spares or repairs 😭.... Idiots guna be idiots..... They both regret there decisions.... Does that count...
