There is nothing as good as retiring and being able to do things yourself. Over here in Nigeria alot of retirees fall I'll immediately after retirement n spent all their saving on treatment. You are truly blessed

@@millicentochola5551 I grew up poor; meat was considered a delicacy, something to aspire to. So when I now can afford it, it is very hard for me to give it up in the name of "healthy eating". Dem days of poverty be etched too deep in me mind da pain still real and raw!
Yes as we grow older our bone mass reduces so the bones become weak to carry d excess body weight. That is y alot of older person suffer osteoporosis n arthritis. D more reason it is better both lose weight n also engage in strength building exercises
Wueeh,wet function ain't what i thought it to be...how do you clean seats with the wet fxn because all along I thought it would have a sprinkiling and drying water fxn😢...the soul reason i planning to get a vacuum cleaner os t9 help clean carpets and seats with the idea of my wet fxn
Its not easy to lose weight on vegeterian diet cos its a carbohydrate rich diet mostly. But dairy and eggs can balance out the carbs.But you look okey you are not overweight😍

Me am also struggling with weight I loose and then I gain, it’s an ups and downs thing even though I’m exercising still it’s a fight. Most women here where I live they just stop eating when they enter their 40s, they eat salads to keep size 38 😢😂
