Pride and Prejudice and Zombies was a pretty cool idea. It’s one of my favorite covers on my shelf, but I think I enjoyed the movie a smidgen more than the book. 🫣😅

One of these days I’ll make it to a library sale. My library had one a couple of weeks ago but I was worried it would be too crowded. I just couldn’t do it! OMG! The Halloween Archie’s comic is so fun! I would love to hear some of your ghost stories! I’ve had some encounters too. I find that stuff fascinating. Your local bookstores must be pretty cool. Nice haul!
@@spookylittlebooknerd Yeah, I'm not crazy about crowds, but I bear with it usually when they have to bug Labor day book sale, the everyday ones are very tame, usually pretty deserted. I can't say my encounters have been overly excited, but they have been interesting. I'll probably read the Halloween Archie during Halloween-a-thon.
Some really cool sounding stuff! Ghosts and that one about the history of ghosts, werewolves, and vampires are right up my alley. I think I read that one by Nancy Collins. Years ago she wrote one of the stories in "Freddy Krueger's Seven Sweetest Dreams." I hit the library today and got "Four Found Dead" by Natalie D. Richards, and Stephen King's "Full Dark, No Stars." The latter is a large print edition, which I love. I had just finished with the large print edition of King's "Elevation." I put that thing away in 2 nights, that's the fastest I've ever read a novel 😅
I have trouble not coming home with a bunch of books when I go the store to turn in books. Nice I want to read Sweetheart, Sweetheart. Free is a deal you can't pass up.
